We are pleased to present to you a resource for recruiting your future employees from our colleges and universities right here in Connecticut. We understand that small businesses have limited HR capacity. This guide will save your valuable time and resources by providing contact information at your local college and university career services offices. The guide also includes career fair and expo dates for each college/university along with instructions for recruiting on-campus and posting a job/internship position. MCC also offers a 4:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. times lot to reach students attending evening classes. Employers are welcome to stay for a couple of hours or a half-day, depending upon their hiring needs.
