Perhaps most importantly, this course gave me confidence in myself as a supervisor to implement change. I enjoyed our sessions very much and found the information very helpful and pertinent to my position at [my agency] I found the coaching sessions to be most helpful as I was able to have Gilles guide me through creating solutions for some of the difficulties that I face as a manager.
3 2014 Leadership Development Program 2013 Evaluation Results Overall Quality: 2013 attendees gave the program a grade of A. Leadership Skills: The leadership tenets taught were specific to non-profits and to the participants specific positions. Participants gained a good understanding about the components of leadership and developed concrete skills that improved their leadership capacity. Many participants reported that they have used the tools learned to address specific challenges within their current roles and to improve their leadership skills. Program Structure: Participants highly valued the individual coaching sessions, structured group work, case studies, networking opportunities, and guest speakers. The use of case studies in small group discussion enabled the participants to integrate and apply the concepts that were presented. Training Facilitators: The training facilitators were outstanding and knowledgeable, engaging, responsive and supportive. Guest Speakers: Guest speakers brought valuable perspectives and content.
