2 Primary Respnsibilities Human Resurce Framewrks and Strategic Planning Key Functins In cnjunctin with the GM Peple & Capability, lead the develpment f the Emplyee Wellbeing framewrk, including Health & Safety, in line with strategic gals and bjectives In cnjunctin with the GM Peple & Capability, develp and implement HR strategic plans and initiatives, that are aligned t cmpany bjectives Effectively manage human resurce plicies and perating requirements which are cnsistent with the bjectives f the rganisatin Actively participate as a member f the Peple & Capability Management team, wrking n prjects as required that ensure sustained health, grwth and rganisatinal effectiveness Human Resurce Advice Cach, lead and manage the HR Cnsulting team t prvide quality HR advice and supprt that is in line with statutry requirements and meets the needs f internal clients/stakehlders Build the capability f managers in HR practice thrugh supprt and guidance in areas such as disciplinary investigatins, grievance matters, re-structures and frmal perfrmance management. Prvide call centre functin fr managers with cmplex emplyee relatins prblems, re-directing as apprpriate. Participate in the develpment and implementatin f HR plicies, prcesses and management tls acrss the range f HR management functins. Operatinal Supprt Lead the develpment and implementatin f selfservice functins, including the HR Tlkit. Supprt the develpment f management capability thrugh facilitatin f wrkshps, presentatins and training sessins in areas related t HR management. Crdinate the rganisatin s Health and Safety emplyee participatin prgramme. Crdinate the rganisatin s Harassment Preventin Netwrk. Crdinate the rganisatin s Emplyee Assistance Prgramme. Ensure the HR Cnsulting Team members have current perfrmance plans, and regular perfrmance appraisals Mdel and supprt adherence t rganisatin s HR plicies and prcesses Health and Safety Persnal Develpment Supprt the activities f the wider rganisatin in line with RNZTL s strategic plan and bjectives Cmpliance with health and safety plicies and prcedures t maintain safe wrkplace. Instigate wn persnal and prfessinal develpment needs with the GM Peple & Capability, based n specific jb-related cmpetencies. Team cmmunicatin activities and accmplishment f team gals are supprted.
