4 Our venues inspiring spaces and striking settings for your events Over 50 tiered lecture theatres and 400 private function rooms together with sports fields and gardens are available across our portfolio; all are available year round for private functions, academic, corporate, society and group events including day meetings, lectures, award ceremonies, drinks receptions, luncheons, dinners and wedding receptions. A number of Colleges are also licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies. Many of our venues have been purpose-built with state-of-the-art meetings technology as standard and offer you a range of room styles; boardroom, classroom, flat and tiered theatre styles, with staging, exhibition space and conference office facilities. In the University s vacation you can hold residential events, summer schools, group travel visits and even bed and breakfast! We can offer you a choice of rooms, from single study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities, or executive en suite rooms with hotel-style comforts such as hospitality trays, flat screen TVs and WiFi. For residential events during term we will source accommodation for you in local hotels close to your chosen College. Dining in a College is a memorable event; during the summer months you can enjoy cream teas, bbqs and hog roasts in expertly manicured gardens; in winter, gather by a roaring fire for a candle-lit dinner, or hold a feast in a great hall. Colleges with availability for your dates will reply to you directly, then all you have to do is choose! We also provide bespoke event management services offering you an extensive range of options to help you with the organisation of your event and we would be happy to obtain a quote for anything you may require, be it a conference website, delegate registration or badge printing. The event support services section offering everything from photography and musicians, to florists, taxi and interpreters. We strongly recommend that you visit your chosen venue prior to your event and we d be delighted to co-ordinate site visits for you and help you with travel and accommodation arrangements.
