1 41 st Annual Love and Hope Ball Sponsorship Opportunities This extraordinary event will celebrate the 41st Annual Love and Hope Ball, benefitting the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. The Diabetes Research Institute is dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes. Scheduled for the Great Hall of the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa, many of this area s most influential social, civic and business leaders will be among the anticipated 600 attendees. Barry Gibb, a musical legend as a performer, writer and producer, has been International Chairman of the Love and Hope Committee for the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) for over two decades. He and his wife Linda have given generously of their time and resources over the years. This gala has long been recognized as one of the most elegant events in South Florida, featuring magnificent decorations, a spectacular gourmet reception and dinner, a silent auction, and a wonderful orchestra for dancing and listening enjoyment. The Love and Hope Ball volunteer committee is dedicated to this very worthy cause to find a cure for diabetes.
