3 GOALS The importance of our JUNIOR PROGRAM is immense, and the impact is both significant and far-reaching. Literally, hundreds of kids and their families pass through our doors every year attending clinics, regattas and summer camp. Our JUNIOR PROGRAM brings new members to our club, builds our sport, and teaches core values to our kids. In addition, our juniors bring prestige to our club, our city and country as champions in high school, college, the Olympic Games and the America s Cup. The money we raise will help to keep the level of our program competitive with the top programs in the country and our program fees affordable for local families. Our GOALS include providing better coaching, better training for our current coaching staff, improving our equipment and establishing a travel fund to encourage national and international competition.
