2 MORE THAN A MEMBERSHIP. A RELATIONSHIP. The IHG Owners Association originally established by Holiday Inn founder Kemmons Wilson in 1955 was the first association of its kind in the hotel industry. It currently represents the interests of owners and operators of more than 3,400 InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) properties around the world. Allied Membership with the Owners Association provides your business access to IHG member hoteliers and offers opportunities to build close business relationships with these key decision makers. Our members routinely utilize Allied Members when making purchasing decisions for their hotels, management firms and development companies and they share referrals with each other. 3 The IHG Owners Association represents the long-term interests of the most forward-thinking IHG hotel owners worldwide. Collectively, our members influence more than $3.5 billion in annual spending power, and many of our members own multiple properties with multiple brands. Access to such dynamic hotel owners can enable you to connect to groups ranging from two to 30 plus hotels with a single purchasing contract. 4 Sponsorship opportunities offered through Allied Membership (continued) INN PAC Golf Tournament Hole Sponsorship (when available) The annual INN PAC Golf Tournament takes places in conjunction with the IHG Americas Conference and features 125+ players, all senior-level Owners Association members and IHG executives. Sponsorship ranges from exclusive signage on your sponsored hole, reception and food sponsorships and one spot for a representative from your company to play in the tournament. European IHG Conference (when available) Opportunities include hole sponsorship and player participation at the Golf Tournament and Reception, and an invitation to the evening Member Party event. Country Committee Meetings Outside of Europe, there are sponsorship events plus presentations with owners and IHG executive in represented regional areas including Canada, Mexico, Latin America & Australasia Sponsorship of Committee and Working Group Events Sponsorship of post-working group evening social events and dinners.
