1 Welcome to the 2015 CWAG Annual Conference Register online at maui/register Early Bird Special Pre-registration discounts are available to those who register on or before June 5, The Conference of Western Attorneys General and CWAG Chair, Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden invites you to the 2015 CWAG Annual Meeting in Maui, Hawaii. Join your colleagues as CWAG explores the most pertinent legal issues during the days and the evenings enjoying the tropical paradise of Hawaii at our social events. Information in this website includes travel tips and hotel information to facilitate early air and hotel arrangements. We hope to see you in Maui! Conference Agenda All CWAG panels will be held in the Haleakala Ballroom. On-site meeting check-in will begin at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 18 in the Haleakala Ballroom foyer and will continue through Noon on Wednesday, July 22. The general sessions will begin on Monday, July 20 and adjourn on Wednesday, July 22. A complete agenda with session topics and times will be available on the CWAG website by June 15, 2015 or can be found at the following link 1

2 SOCIAL PROGRAM You will be able to sign up for fun social activities planned throughout the meeting onsite at registration. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult for all CWAG social activities. CWAG Annual Meetings are oriented towards full guest and family participation throughout the program. All registered attendees and their registered guests and family are invited to our opening Grand Luau on Sunday, July 19. On Monday, July 20 guests are free to enjoy dinner on their own. A beach party is planned on Tuesday, July 21 and our final CWAG event will be our closing reception on Wednesday, July 22. Attendance to CWAG events require registered CWAG attendees to have their name badges at all times. The last possible day to get room reservations within the CWAG room block is June 29, If the room block sells out prior to that time, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. This deposit is fully refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least twenty one (21) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Check-in time is 4:30 pm and checkout is at Noon. Rooms are not guaranteed before the 4:30 pm check in time so you should plan your flight schedule accordingly. Parking Fees Valet parking has been reduced to $15 per day. Resort Amenities Fitness Center The Grand Wailea Fitness Center is a 2,500-square-foot facility equipped with state-ofthe-art cardiovascular equipment and top-of-the-line strength training tools. It is open 24 hours with guestroom key access and is located on Floor One of the main building, the floor above the spa. Children under 10 cannot use the Fitness center Children may use with an adult, but cannot use treadmills, elliptical or amts in the first room. Parents need to sign a child permission form at the fitness center front desk. Continuing Legal Education Credits If you would like to receive continuing legal education credits for the CWAG Annual Meeting, please complete the CLE registration form. CWAG is applying for state accreditation of CLE credits and anticipates a minimum of 10 general and 1 ethics credit to be approved. 20 Attire/Temperature CWAG Meetings are entirely casual. Shorts, golf, aloha shirts or appropriate resort wear would be most acceptable throughout the meeting.
