If state per diem rate should increase, group rate will increase to state per diem rate. Description: 300 sq Feet - The resort mini suites are larger than our resort guest rooms and offer a kitchenette complete with a microwave, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. These accommodations commonly feature two beds. Rates include daily housekeeping services and access to the Village Activity Center, with indoor/outdoor pools, workout facility and sauna. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Premiere Champion Mini Suite - $75.90 per night Description: One room efficiency with 2 queen beds, bath, complimentary Wi-Fi and kitchenette. Buildings are equipped with elevators and located near the Sea Trail Convention Center and access to Village activity center with indoor pool, workout room, sauna and whirlpool. Hotel Information Sea Trail Golf Resort & Convention Center Deluxe One Bedroom Villa - $99.00 per night Description: 860 to 1020 sq Feet - The deluxe one bedroom villa is the most spacious one bedroom villa we offer. These villas include a living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board plus a private screened porch overlooking the resort s natural surroundings. Deluxe one bedroom villas typically feature two double beds. Rates include daily housekeeping services and access to the Village Activity Center. Complimentary Wi-Fi Premiere One-Bedroom Villa - $ per night Description: Each villa features fully equipped kitchens including washer & dryer, dining area, high speed internet access, and living room. Bedrooms have 2 double beds in each room and corresponding number of baths. Buildings are equipped with elevators and located near the Sea Trail Convention Center. These villas also offer a private porch overlooking the resort s natural surroundings. These villas are just a short walk away from the pools and Activity Center. Rates include daily housekeeping services and access to the Village Activity Center. Reservation forms may be mailed or scan and to or you may contact the Reservations Department at by March 9, Please advise identify yourself as being with the N. C. Mine Safety & Health Conference in order to receive the group rate. HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: March 9, The room block will be released after this date. After March 9, rooms are subject to availability with the above rates still applying. A valid credit card is required with the reservation form to guarantee the reservation. Requests are subject to availability. HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: The Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be waived on rooms cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival Cancellations not made 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a full nights deposit. This policy is strictly enforced and will result in the full package price being charged against the individual s deposit.
