The ucceful tenderer will be contacted on Monday 10th Augut 2015, and ubject to their confirmation of take-up, will be announced the following day. The three Gold Sponorhip will be offered for ale on Wedneday 12th Augut at a price of $15,000 excluively to thoe companie which tendered unuccefully for the Platinum level. The priority for acceptance of offer will be in decending order of the quantum of their bid. Purchaer will need to confirm their acceptance of the offer by 5.00pm (EDST) on Friday 1th Augut In the event that there are more than three Platinum tenderer eligible for Gold Sponorhip, then the urfeit will be offered Silver Sponorhip at a price of $10,000. 6 The Blind Manufacturer Aociation of Autralia (BMAA) and the Specialied Textile Aociation (STA) have joined force to hold SuperExpo2016 at the Gold Coat Convention & Exhibition Centre from 8 to 10 June The aim of the Expo i to howcae to blindmaker, textile converter, agent, pecifier, and retailer of finihed product to the conumer, the expertie and capabilitie of Autralian manufacturer and upplier of raw material (with preference to Aociation member). All exhibitor mut have an Autralian Buine Number, and/or be GST regitered or if foreign, be re local companie or agent. No foreign manufacturer of finihed textile piece good or componentry will be able to exhibit in their own right. The organiing committee reerve the right to refue application to exhibit from companie that do not meet thee criteria or the Aociation charter of upporting local manufacture. To ecure your company booth/pace for the SuperExpo full payment or a 50% depoit of the total booking amount mut be made no later than Friday 18th December 2015 with the balance due by Friday 15th April Should a final payment not be received by Friday 15th April 2016 your booth/pace allocation will lape. Reduction Of Space Or Cancellation During The Period Of: January 1-31t 2016 : 50% of the pace rate February 1-28th 2016 : 75% of pace rate After February 28th 2016 : 100% of pace rate Cancellation received in writing before 31t December 2015 will be refunded in full, le an adminitrative fee of 10% + GST. In The Unlikely Cae That The Expo Cancel In the event that the BMAA STA SuperExpo 2016 i cancelled by the convenor or the SuperExpo committee, or by any reaon of any factor outide the control of the convenor and the event cannot take place, the full paid booth/pace booking amount hall be refunded. The liability of the convener and SuperExpo Committee hall be limited to that refund and neither hall be liable for any lo, expene to cot, however caued, incurring or ariing. In particular, neither or the convenor not the SuperExpo committee hall be liable to refund any travel or hotel cot incurred by exhibitor or their organiation. It follow that the exhibitor and accompanying partner are advied to take out comprehenive inurance. Neither the convenor nor the SuperExpo Committee can accept liability for death, injury, any lo, cot or expene uffered by any peron (including accompanying peron, or partner, or attendant caregiver), if uch lo i caued or reult from the act, default or omiion of any peron other than employee or agent of the convenor or the SuperExpo committee.
