T place an appraisal rder, the fllwing requirements must be met: The Brker must be an apprved client with Angel Oak and have received an Angel Oak Brker ID (identificatin number) frm ur Brker Apprval Department The lan file must be an active lan applicatin with Angel Oak The lan applicatin has been accepted by the Lan Submissin Department Angel Oak Authrizatin Cde has been prvided t the brker frm the Lan Submissin Department *Please nte that this cde represents an applicatin meets TILA and RESPA cmpliance standards and will be required t be entered in the Angel Oak Auth Cde field f yur appraisal rder request t Nv The applicant s address is required at the time f rder placement Payment and Delivery Requirements: Charges will nt be assessed until the cmpleted appraisal has been delivered The TPO client will be prmptly ntified if there are any cncerns with credit card prcessing Recipients f the cmpleted reprt will include the fllwing: Angel Oak Mrtgage Slutins (reprts are nt required t be upladed as a cnditin n the prtal) The lan applicant via the address entered at the time the rder was placed The TPO individual placing the rder I. Accessing Lg-In Credentials Once the lan has been submitted and the brrwer has acknwledged the Angel Oak disclsures, yu will receive an frm the Lan Set-Up Department with the appraisal authrizatin cde and instructins n hw t lg-in t Nv fr the first time.

2 II. Placing the Appraisal Order T place the rder yu may g t and select LINKS>APPRAISAL REQUEST. Utilize the client lgin credentials issued frm Nv t lg in and place yur rder At the tp f the screen, select New Appraisal:

3 The Nv rder frm will appear; cmplete as directed.

4 Review yur rder and prvide the credit card infrmatin fr the appraisal. A hld will be placed n the credit card prvided, but the credit card will nt be charged until the cmpleted appraisal has been delivered. Select Submit t cmplete the appraisal rder.

5 III. Tracking yur Appraisal Order G t the Orders tab t view yur appraisal status. Dates will be available fr the Date Assigned, Estimated Inspectin, Estimated Delivery, and final Delivery date. IV. Appraisal Turn Times a. The average appraisal turn time frm acceptance t delivery is apprximately 7 business days b. The rder is typically assigned t an appraiser within 24 hurs f request c. Inspectin is typically scheduled within 24 hurs f rder d. Appraisal is typically cmpleted within 48 hurs f inspectin e. Quality Assurance reviews within 24 hurs f delivery f.
