2 Step 1: VISIT Click n Registratin -> Cunselr Registratin Frm. 2

3 Step 2: COMPLETE COUNSELOR ON-BOARDING FORM NOTE: When filling ut the Onbarding Request Frm, there are three fields we ask that yu make a nte f fr future reference. 1 Cmpany Cde *- This cde will identify yur rganizatin in the HOPE LanPrt system. If the cde yu create is already being used, HOPE LanPrt will ask yu t create a new ne. 2 - Lgin ID * - This will serve as yur TEST ID. It will be need t be entered when accessing the test site t submit the required test cases 3 - Passwrd * - This passwrd alng with yur Lgin ID and cmpany cde will allw yu t access the Test Website in rder t submit the necessary test cases. Nte: Cmpany Cde, Lgin ID and Passwrd are case sensitive. PLEASE write them dwn exactly as yu have created them. Yu will need all three t lg in t the Prtal. 3

4 Step 3: AGREE TO PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT Read thrugh the Participatin Agreement and Click Accept. Then yu will be taken t this screen. Step 4: VERIFY YOUR ORGANIZATION We will verify yur HUD Certificatin and/r NFMC Grantee Status. Once yur rganizatin has been verified by HOPE LanPrt, an aut-generated is sent stating that yur rganizatin is verified and yu can start submitting test cases: 4

5 Step 5: TRAINING NOTE: T attend a HOPE LanPrt Training Webinar, yu will need t request the schedule frm infrmatin@hpelanprtal.rg. Once yu receive this infrmatin, click n the date/time t register fr the webinar. HOPE LanPrt hsts a weekly webinar training sessin every Thursday afternn. The webinars are held frm 1:00 PM 3:00 PM EST. T register fr ne f these dates (Nte: yur rganizatin nly needs t attend ne training sessin) please send an t infrmatin@hpelanprtal.rg abut registratin and the HOPE LanPrt staff will prvide yu the necessary registratin link. Step 6: TESTING Cmplete tw (2) test cases n Click n lgin and then n Cunselr. 5

6 T lg in, please enter the Cmpany Cde, Lgin ID and Passwrd yu created in Step 2. Each rganizatin must submit 2 test cases t Servicer 1 (use nly test data, NOT real case infrmatin. Test dcuments can simply be empty Micrsft Wrd Dcuments) 6

7 Please Nte: After attending the Training Sessin, each rganizatin must submit test cases using the LgIn ID and Passwrd they have created. If the rganizatin des nt cmplete the testing, they will nt be allwed t G Live. Als, the Used ID/Passwrd wuld be De-activated. Step 7: GOING LIVE When an rganizatin has cmpleted the necessary requirements t G Live the HOPE LanPrt Team will ntify yu via that they have successfully cmpleted the requirements. If yu have nt yet attended a training webinar, yu can register fr ne by fllwing the attached link. Generally, we hld training webinars every Thursday frm 1:00PM 3:00PM EST. Please make sure t register and dwnlad the necessary sftware in advance t ensure yur participatin. If yu have nt yet cmpleted tw test cases in the Dem Prtal, please g t After cmpletin, we will verify that these cases have been cmpleted crrectly. If yu have nt agreed t the Cunselr Participatin Agreement r HOPE LanPrt Guidelines, please see the attached dcuments. Please review bth dcuments and respnd by replying t this acknwledging receipt and agreement t bth dcuments which are attached. After all three steps have been cmpleted, we will send yur credentials fr the live prtal as sn as pssible. When yu have a live accunt fr HOPE LanPrt, please be sure t submit cases nly fr servicers wh are nw live. Thugh HOPE LanPrt has furteen(14) servicers currently cmmitted t HOPE LanPrt, a few are scheduled t begin receiving applicatins in the future. Attached t the is the HOPE LanPrt Cunselr Guiding Principles and User Agreement ( Agreement ) and a member f yur rganizatin must respnd t this acknwledging that they have read and agree t the Agreement. Once we have received this cnfirmatin, the Administrative ID will be sent and yur cunseling agency can begin submitting mdificatin applicatins. NOTE: all requirements MUST be received by COB EST n Thursday f each week t ensure that the HLP technlgy team can issue IDs and passwrds each Friday n a weekly basis. Once yu are live, yur cunseling agency will be listed n the HOPE LanPrt website alng with all cunseling agencies currently live n the Prtal: 8
