2 Projektinformationen Titel: Projektnummer: SME PROACTIVE NETWORKING IN THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OF EUROPEAN SMEs HU1-LEO Jahr: 2011 Projekttyp: Status: Marketing Text: Zusammenfassung: Innovationstransfer bewilligt The SME 2.0 project transfers the comprehensive methodology the innovation of the LdV project SMELearning into a proactive networking of European SMEs, in which they will be able to utilize the business potential of the newest web 2.0 and networking technology offered by the digital age. Small and Medium Enterprises are acknowledged all over the world as the drivers of economic growth. The Small Business Act for Europe reflects the Commission's political objective to recognize the role of SMEs in the European economy. During the last years the new networking technology (based on Open Source web 2.0 applications) offers effective tools for SMEs, to gear up their professional and business activities from the productive teamwork up to effective online marketing. However the delivery of this knowledge should be more effective by using the networking tools the content is talking about, by establishing an environment for learning by doing. SME 2.0 consortium will establish online training for European Small and Medium Enterprises based on the transferred methodology from SMELearning LdV project ( ), with strong focus on the special characteristics and needs of the SMEs. Our vision is to reach the target group directly involving them into this collaboration. The target country is Hungary, but the results will be utilized in all partner countries. Partnership The representatives of the donor projects (DEIS IE) is the member of the consortium. In the partnership 10 partners from 4 countries (HU, IT, IE, UK) demonstrate the synergy needed to take the maximum of the transfer of innovation. The consortium covers all the methodological, pedagogical, technological competencies for establishing a sustainable e- learning solution. Four e-learning modules (Information and knowledge management, Project management, Online marketing, Human 2

3 Projektinformationen resource management) for developing their advanced digital competencies in practice oriented approach. - Proactive Networking Platform of European SMEs which supports a heavy collaboration and knowledge sharing among the managers and employees of SME. 12 Produkt 'SME2.0 Project Portal' SME PROACTIVE NETWORKING IN THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OF Titel: SME2.0 Project Portal Produkttyp: Homepage Marketing Text: Beschreibung: The front-end of SME 2.0 platform served as dissemination tool while the back-end has been used for inside collaboration and communication among the partners. Beyond the forums where the communication was going on, the portal served as a common storage for sharing and storing the draft working documents, templates, dissemination materials and the documentations of the final results. The partners found resources (design, templates, basic project infos and the documents of the transfer) here, could share working documents,and can find the final versions of the results uploaded too. Every WP had a special folder with the name of the WP, and inside the folder there are subfolders for the drafts. The comparative analysis of the results of the surveys in Hungary and Italy was highly useful for the next steps, for elaborating SME 2.0 Competence Framework and curriculums. We published the conclusions of the comparative study on the front page of the portal for the visitors. 16 Produkt 'SME 2.0 Competency Framework' Produkttyp: SME PROACTIVE NETWORKING IN THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OF Titel: SME 2.0 Competency Framework Marketing Text: Methodology for SME 2.0 courses based by integrating SMELearning recommendations and the results of the needs-analysis Beschreibung: This document is the main result of the adaptation, it provided the basis for the further steps, for elaborating the SME 2.0 syllabuses, curriculum and modules. During the collaboration the partners agreed, that the original (planned) title of the document "SME 2.0 Competence Framework" had to be changed, as it is not really a framework it is rather a methodology for designing courses for small and medium enterprises. The consortium developed a template with the agreed fields, in order to use unified terms (learning objectives, learning outcomes etc.). In the competences (learning outcomes) the suggestions ofsmelearning methodology and the conclusions of SME 2.0 Competence Framework have been adopted.
