Das will steigern ihr Betriebssystem-,und ihr Produkte- und Dienstleistungqualität. Le but du projet est de transférer les résultats du projet Leonardo intitulé Systèmes de gestion de la qualité pour des PME qui a été mis en oeuvre entre 2002 et Le projet a élaboré une série d outils d apprentissage et de pratique pour acquérir les connaissances et compétences nécessaires pour le développement d un système d assurance de la qualité en accord avec les standards ISO 9001:2000. Ces produits sont très pratiques et faciles à utiliser pour les PME et leur simplicité et applicabilité a été prouvé. Il y a un besoin de la part des PME pour un guide simple de systèmes de gestion de la qualité (SGQ) qui s adresse spécifiquement aux PME. Les produits finals de ce projet vont adresser les besoins des PME dans les pays des partenaires Beschreibung: Expliquez la logique et le contexte du projet en définiant les besoins qu il cherche à adresser (situation actuelle des pays impliqués, activités précédentes et préparatoires dans le domaine, les résultats de l analyse des besoin entrepris, etc.). Exposez brièvement les indicateurs majeurs (publiés) qui illustrent ces besoins et incluyez des références à des priorités politiques nationales et internationales déclarées dans le secteur. Définiez les buts et objectifs du projet et décrivez comment la situation étudiée par l analyse des besoins sera adressée et changée par le projet. Puis montrez comment ces buts et objectifs sont liés aux priorités de l appel sélectionné dans la section Si la proposition cherche à créer ou adapter des matériels pédagogiques pour des apprenants ou enseignants, s il vous plaît (a) décrivez les derniers matériels pédagogiques dans le domaine ainsi que leurs limitations (b) décrivez les approches méthodologiques / didactiques sur lesquelles les produits seront basés (c) exposez brièvement les mesures qui seront adaptées pour tester les matériels sur des utilisateurs cible. Décrivez le(s) groupe(s) cible qui seront adressés à court et long terme ainsi que l impact anticipé sur ce groupe. Quels sont les indicateurs qui seront utilisés pour mesurer le progrès du travail et l ampleur avec laquelle il délivrera les résultats attendues? Indiquez comment le projet planifié contribuera concrètement à améliorer la diversité des langues dans ses activités différentes, dans le cas échéant. Through the forum consultation with experts are also possible. Besides, an internal webpage is created to help the management process that is only accessible by partners. Beschreibung: The BUS web page consists of two main parts. The internal webpage is accessible only by partners and it enables those responsible to upload documents related to the project management of the project, like presentation materials, templates, reports, GANTT charts, etc. The external web site contains the e-learning material to be published, news of project and interactive elements as well as quizzes, consultation facilities, helpdesk and FAQ. 12 Produkt 'R2 Common report on the needs of SMES' Titel: R2 Common report on the needs of SMES Produkttyp: andere Marketing Text: The common report summarises the process of the participating SMEs in quality management the proportion of knowledge about the new version of ISO and concludes their training needs, which serves as background for the development of the e-learning and the training material. Beschreibung: The common report is based on the results of national reports about the needs of SMEs in quality management training in Greece, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania. It describes the needs within the above mentioned countries regarding the dissemination and implementation of quality management, knowledge about the new version of ISO, the training needs and available resources of SMEs for learning more about the latest quality management systems. 13 Produkt 'R3 Brochure' Titel: R3 Brochure Produkttyp: andere Marketing Text: The brochure is the basic paper form of spreading information about the importance of the new ISO quality management system besides introducing the project, its aims, expected results and membership of consortium managing the project in order to make it better know and used bigger number of SMES more effectively. Beschreibung: A brochure of A4 size is made in the 4 target countries to disseminate project objectives and results copies are distributed in each country, except for Hungary where there are 250 copies. An updated version was prepared by Trebag to be presented at the final conference. Zielgruppe: Greek, Hungarian, Romanian and Slovakian SMEs and any interested individuals on the largest possible scale. 18 Produkt 'R7 Trainers Handbook' Titel: R7 Trainers Handbook Produkttyp: Lehrmaterial Marketing Text: The Trainers' Handbook is targeting SME leaders in order to win support for the introduction of QMS to the employees of SMEs. Beschreibung: This material can help trainers satisfy the special needs of SMEs. The handbook contains methodological basics on e-learning as well as blended learning and it follows the structure of the guidebook and the e-learning material. 25 Veranstaltungen BUS-Small Quality Management Systems - Workshop Gyr Datum Beschreibung The BUS - Small Business Quality Management System project is an innovative transfer program and is which part of the Leonardo da Vinci program. The lead partner is the Hungarian Foundation for Enterprise Promotion (MVA) which co-operate with 6 other partners from Romania, Greece, Hungary and Slovakia. The objective of the project is to procure knowledge necessary to the operation of a quality assurance system, which corresponds to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The target groups are small and medium enterprises, they will be helped introduce the assurance system and to enhance their competitiveness. With the help of instruments demonstrated below the managers of the enterprises can introduce the idea and operation know-how of the quality assurance systems to their collegues. 26 Veranstaltungen BUS-Small Quality Management System Closing conference Datum Beschreibung The BUS - Small Business Quality Management System project is an innovative transfer program and is part of the Leonardo da Vinci program. The lead partner is the Hungarian Foundation for Enterprise Promotion (MVA), with 6 other partners from Romania, Greece, Hungary and Slovakia. The objective of the project is to procure knowledge necessary for the operation of a quality assurance system, which corresponds to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The target groups are the small and medium enterprises; help will be provided for them in introducing the assurance system and to raising their competitiveness. With the help of the instruments demonstrated below, the managers of the enterprises can introduce the idea and operation of quality assurance systems to their colleagues. Rounding off the program, a Closing conference will be held on 12th of November at the Mamaison Hotel Andrassy Budapest (Address: H-1063 Budapest, Hungary, Andrássy út 111). In the course of this conference we would like to give a quick feedback on the advancement of the project, aforementioned completed products (e-learning system, CD learning guide, Guidebook and Trainer s handbook) and with the help of professional experts introduce the idea and operation know-how of quality assurance systems.
