2 Projektinformation Titel: Projektnummer: Projekttyp: Jahr: 2011 Status: Land: Marketing Text: Logistik-Management-Programm in erneuerbaren Energien (RES) PL1-LEO Innovationstransfer abgeschlossen PL-Polen Dieses Projekt zielt auf die Übertragung auf europäischer Ebene den "Logistik-Management- Programm in erneuerbaren Energien (RES)" natürlich, dass es in Bydgoska Szkoa Wysza läuft seit zwei Jahren auf nationaler Ebene. Die Idee ist, dieses Programm auf andere Länder übertragen mit weniger Erfahrung in diesem Bereich des Managements im RES durch die Identifizierung innovativer Lösungen (Anpassung des Programms an einen b-learning- System mit interaktiven Elementen). Es kann angepasst und eingesetzt werden in den Zielländern und Sektoren (Projektpartner und Einrichtungen der erneuerbaren Energien und energieverbrau als auch). Zusammenfassung: European Logistics Management Programme in Renewable Energy Sector (ELOMPRES) Renewable energy sector is an one of the most dynamic and important energy sectors in Europe and will continue its fast growing in the near future for various reasons not only because of European Policy on Energy and Climate and Kyoto Protocol but also because of constant increasing in energy consumption and demands as well as fast growing interest in utilization of clean energy sources and job creation. These reasons lead us to predict that renewable energy sector will continue demanding of high skilled and competent professionals and managers. Logistics management is one of the most important field of knowledge and skills for all businesses and in case of energy sector they are very specific, having a great importance for planning and managing an entire supply chain (from source, through energy production to distribution to final consumer). Logistics Management Programme in RES has been developed by Bydgoska Szkoa Wysza as interdisciplinary course.it was considered that it would be appropriated to transfer and implement this activity in other European countries (after making some adaptation work). The main goal of this project was to implement Logistics Management Programme in RES to train managers and executives as well as other staff responsible for this part of activity of enterprises not only engaged in RES sector directly but also other enterprises that use energy extensively and public administration in charge of RES promotion. The additional pedagogical module was directed to trainers and tutors. The idea was to transfer innovative programme delivered as blended learning course to other countries (Czech Republic, Greece and Lithuania) by identifying innovative solutions for its adaptation and implementation (adaptation of the programme to a blended learning system with interactive elements). Some innovative solutions were identified and adapted between all the consortium partners engaged in this project. This partnership was formed by entities involved in the education and RE sectors: - P0-Leader (Poland): BSW - Bydgoska Szkoa Wyzsza; - P1 (Poland): Inventi SA; - P2 (Lithuania): Eksponente; - P3 (Greece): AINTEK A.E.; - P4 (Czech Republic): NorthCom s.r.c. Beschreibung: RES sector is one of the most dynamic sectors in Europe and also in our country. All prospects point at continuous growth of RES for diverse following reasons: - There are environmental reasons: Kyoto Protocol and European Policy on Energy and Climate Change that set the targets 2

3 Projektinformation Themen: Sektoren: Produkt Typen: to reduce greenhouse emissions in 20% by 2020; 20% presence of RES in European energymix and 10% biofuels in transport. - Increases of energy consumption in the European countries. - Economic reasons such as development of industrial nets or creation of decentralized job positions have also a weight in the future of clean energies. These reasons lead us to predict that renewable energy will keep requiring competent professionals with specific training in management skills. These professionals will have to know the rules of the game of the sector of renewable energy at regional, national and international level. The lack of similar offer like logistics management in RES course was another important reason for transfer and implementation of our unique course in other countries. We considered that a programme with such features could be a motivating and dynamic element at a labour and psychosocial level for participants. Also, we wanted to contribute to create links between participants from different companies and administrations operating in the sector, with the aim of searching for meeting points between professionals, that will foster future expansion and internationalization of the sector. In the short term, this project targets the centres for continuing education that offer training to companies in the sector of RES or similar, Business Associations related to training offer in the sector, Universities with postgraduate courses, etc. In the long term, the potential users or target group resulting of this project would be directors, executives, managers and people in charge of teams and business areas (operation, maintenance, product, dostribution) in companies belonging to renewable energy sector, and also people in charge of appropriate areas or departments within Public Administrations. The type of company varies from large manufacturing, distribution or exploitation companies to engineering companies, maintenance, suppliers and distributors work in the energy production and distribution as well as SMEs that use (or want to) renewable energy sources. Also, this project approach taking into consideration priority of developing the learning environment and co-operation between VET and work because of adaptation of the entire programme to a b-learning system. The e-learning component intends to create a more useful and friendly learning environment, accesible from any remote places, necessary for renewable energy sector for continuous expansion and strong decentralization. We considered that a programme with such features could be a motivating and dynamic factor at a labour and psychosocial level for participants. RES sector analysis and reports on RES market condition, key actors in energy sector and 'cross section' of training and education fields in four partners countries. 2. The structure of modular course on Ligistic Management in RES Sector. Pedagogic guide for b-learning system (elearning and traditional in-classes). 3. Complete curriculum of the course and its adaptation in partners countries. 4. Translations of the training handbook. 5. elearning material in the form of Rapid Learning form (easy available from any web sites). 6. Workshops templates for training in-classes. 7. ECVET pilot implementation. 8. Pilot trainings in four partners countires. 9. Analysis of the students satisfaction levels through appropriate designed questionnaires. All tasks included in Work Package 2 have been finished and covered preparatory work involving the analysis of the energy market and educational needs in all partners countries have been completed resulting in summary reports and the main results. The one of the main task of Work Package 3 "Methodology and course content" was finished. Document describes methodology and ECVET system as well as course content divided to 3 modules and 9 learning units in details.the works on textbook and material digitalisation are finished. Work Package 4 - significant part of work is finished resulting in two main documents: "IT tools and elearning platform" and "B-learning system architecture" The following tasks have been completed: Both e-learning solution and programme contents adapted to each country and language (April 2013), Exploitation plans (August 2013), Questionnaires on evaluation of pilot experiences and analysis (September 2013), report of pilot experience (September 2013), Report about b- learning pilot experience (October 2013), Evaluation of pilot implementation of ECVET system (October 2013), Workshop to evaluate and share pilot experience in each country (October 2013). Xenia Chronopolou (Aintek) presented final agenda and proposed schedule of the meeting. Tomasz Makowski (BSW) discussed current situation on project planning, administrative and financial issues. After that Mariusz Trojanski (BSW) discussed in details up to date financial issues for each partner separately and the new rules for financial documents description. Current situation on the progress of all projects tasks was presented by Tomasz Kruszynski (BSW).Mariusz Trojanski had a detailed presentation on final version of study book Supply Chain Management in RES that is a part of educational material for our course that includes 3 main chapters related to the 3 modules of the core course content as well as the final entire course content with face-to-face part.alexandras Paulauskas presented current situation of work, showed updated elements of project website and brochure layout. He discussed future main tasks to do, timetable and partners responsibilities.all partners participated in short workshop about rules and requirements for evaluation of pilot experience and report on course outcomes (learners achievements). Partners shared their own experience in performance of this type of courses. Mariusz Trojanski (BSW) presented final agenda and proposed schedule of the meeting as well as current situation on project planning, administrative and financial issues. After that Tomasz Makowski (BSW) discussed in details the results of the 1st Interim Report and up to date financial issues for each partner separately. Current situation on the progress of all projects tasks was presented by Mariusz Trojanski (BSW). Mariusz Trojanski had a detailed presentation on new textbook Supply Chain Management in RES that is a part of educational material for our course that includes 3 main chapters related to the 3 modules of the core course content. Mariusz Trojanski had presentation on ECVET (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) final scoring used in the course and methods of their calculations as well as assigned EQF coefficients. After that Tomasz Kruszynski discussed about methodology of face-to-face practical workshop and team work for resolving problems given to learners. Any doubts and problems have been explained and discussed in details. Stasys Paulauskas presented current situation of work, showed updated elements of project website and brochure layout. He discussed future main tasks to do, timetable and partners responsibilities. Mariusz Trojanski had presentation on final e-learning module content, its layout and format that is suitable for almost all internet platform including mobile one. Module has been approved by all partners.tomasz Makowski and Xenia Chronopoulou made a proposal for the next meeting as October, 2013 in Greece. All partners agreed with them. After presentation of BSW each partner had a presentation about her/his institution and experience. Mariusz Trojanski had a short presentation about the basics of logistic management and showed differences between comprehensive logistic management and pure logistics than explained objectives of ELOMPRES project, contents of each packages and their structure and tasks and general responsibilities assigned to each partner.
