To answer this need the project main aims and objectives build up a blended learning programme grounded on the outcomes of InnoSupport project DE/04/B/F/PP It is innovative training with high innovative training potential in different sector - Biotechnology. The partnership consists of organizations with different experience: University (Sofia University), Research Center (R&D Biointech ), SMEs (SYCO-PHARMA Ltd., ATMOS Fair s.n.c.), ICT and consultancy training body (LinK MV). The innovative training, offered to VET professionals, resulted in the following achievements: assessment of current qualifications of short-term targets; advising and assistance in training choice making; elaboration of collaborative blended learning tool for continuous training in Innovation Support in Biotech Sector ; formulation of courses objectives, units, credits, planning and performance of testing of training tool; evaluation and effective valorization. The up to date technical methodological strategy is designed for refreshment of trainees skills and ability of short and long term beneficiaries. The project objectives were realized through 5 operational phases. The core training tool operates through e-platform dedicated to the overall learning process and valorization action. The impact envisaged is based on the implementation of project multilanguage outcomes (in BG, CZ, DE, EN, and IT languages) at national educational system. The sustainability of the project outcomes is due to the creation of clusters with relevant national / international projects, media, stakeholders, inclusion of spin -offs into project practices, targeting valorization events and variety of measures for postproject life assurance. Beschreibung: VET-InTech project develops novel approaches and trends in innovation support training for VET professionals in the fast-developing sector of Biotechnology. Implementation of blended learning approach into VET-InTech programme contributes to solve the existing problems in this educational field, acquainting the target audience with the most recent trends and the current status in this learning area. The innovative project concept value influences the process for modernization of the VET education at European and national level. The project main aims are focused on the process of the transfer of innovation and are realized through different project phases, elaborated by whole project consortium. They are outlined as follows: - To transfer a relevant and innovative multimedia learning programme in the field of biotechnological innovations support, based on the outcomes of Internet Supported Module - - System for the Innovative Problem Solving Methods (InnoSupport) project; - To select the optimal mix of learning methods, specific content and presentation; - To provide flexible and transferable learning outcomes based on European Qualification Framework (EQF) principles; - To create broad multilanguage platform (BG, CZ, DE, EN, IT) for learning of trainers at EU level; - To implement a learner-centred approach by involving teachers / trainers and tutors in the programme design. It comprises recommendations for arrangement and keeping of project documentation in compliance with the national/international quality management standards thus assuring accomplishment of smooth development of project tasks. Beschreibung: The result R1 comprises written prescriptions for arrangement and keeping of project files at each National Project Desks (NPD) with the purpose to enhance the local management of project overall activities and facilitate the compliance with the deadlines and quality criteria for execution of project tasks. It includes the following management tools: - Quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation instruments; - Quality control instruments; - Internal/external evaluation instruments; - Valorisation management plan. 19 Veranstaltungen VET-InTech Transfer Workshop: Introduction of a support system to foster innovation. Datum Beschreibung In cooperation with the branch association of the Biotechnology industry in Mecklenburg- Vorpommern BioCon Valley e.v. LiNK MV organised a transfer workshop to demonstrate the web based system to support innovation in small companies, particularly from the biotech sector. It showed to a wider audience the results of the project and invited those who are dealing with innovation questions in their daily work to join the pilot test group who had the chance to look at the material as first users. 63 companies from the biotech sector have been invited (see attached list), 23 people attended the transfer workshop. 16 of them registered as users for the pilot phase.
