2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: Liberté de mouvement en Europe des ingénieurs électriques LLP PL-LEONARDO-LMP Année: 2011 Type de Projet: Statut: Pays: Accroche marketing: Résumé: Développement d'innovation En cours EU-Projets centralisés La transparence de la formation professionnelle des ingénieurs électriques la liberté de circulation des ingénieurs et électriciens en Europe et la reconnaissance mutuelle des diplômes d enseignement initial et de la formation professionnelle dans le secteur de l ingénierie électrique ne sont pas bien avancées et il existe un certain nombre d obstacles à la circulation et la reconnaissance des crédits VET des travailleurs du secteur à l étranger. Cet aspect limite également la compétitivité des experts européens par rapport à la concurrence mondiale dans le secteur. Notre projet vise à remédier à ce problème par la création d un système européen de reconnaissance et de transfert de crédits d apprentissages VET dans le secteur de la construction privée et industrielle. Objectifs spécifiques: - Plus grande transparence des titres acquis au cours de la formation initiale et la formation professionnelle dans le cadre d un système européen de transfert de crédits d apprentissage pour l enseignement et la formation professionnels (ECVET) - Mobilité accrue des professionnels du secteur - Reconnaissance mutuelle des qualifications en termes d unités d acquis dans le domaine de l apprentissage formel et informel - Établissement d un système d indicateurs standards de qualité pour l apprentissage et l enseignement professionnel au niveau national et européen - Coopération renforcée entre les entreprises, partenaires sociaux et les organisations éducatives dans le domaine de l élaboration des parcours de formation et de l apprentissage tout au long de la vie - Renforcement des liens avec la vie professionnelle et l environnement de sorte que la forme de l éducation et la formation répondent mieux aux besoins du marché du travail. - Modernisation des voies de formation professionnelle en sensibilisant à l ensemble des compétences non techniques (travail d équipe, langues étrangères, communication, leadership, etc.) Principaux résultats attendus : - Création d'un cadre pour le transfert et la reconnaissance internationale des crédits d apprentissage pour l enseignement et la formation professionnels VET - Test du cadre de l enseignement et de la formation à trois cours de formation professionnelle existants (pour 60 stagiaires) - Mise en place d un Groupe de Discussion pour consulter les parties prenantes et les experts lors la création du cadre et les modifications ultérieures - Intégration du cadre en ce qui concerne les crédits d apprentissage ECVET - Guide à l'intention des formateurs Description: Thèmes: Le projet ELEVET sera finalisé par la création d'un parcours commun de formation professionnelle pour les ingénieurs électriciens en Europe et la création d un cadre commun pour la formation professionnelle VET, mutuellement reconnu par les pays participant au projet. *** Utilisation et diffusion de résultats *** Marché du travail *** Développement durable *** Validation, transparence, certification *** Formation initiale ** Formation continue 2

It will contain all the documents and outputs produced and information on the main project's events. Description: Project website in three languages (English, Italian, Polish) where all the documents and reports of the project will be published. The web portal will be then linked to the project s website and registered in the main search engines (Google, etc.). A calendar of the main events and findings of the project will be regularly updated to ensure the information of the stakeholders and potential users Cible: The public Résultat: Information the public on the agenda of the events and planned consultations and focus groups. The website will be maintained online and regularly updated after the end of the project. To ensure a wider number of accesses, the website will be linked to the website of the partners and registered in the main search engines. 38 Produit 'Kick-off meeting' Liberté de mouvement en Europe des ingénieurs électriques ( LLP Titre: Kick-off meeting Type de Produit: Autres Texte marketing: Action plan for the first phase of the project Description: The first Meeting of the project ELEVET partners was held on 3-4 November 2011 in Warsaw, at the SEP Office (the Coordinator of the project). The meeting was chaired by Prof. Jerzy Barglik the President of SEP. The representatives of our project partners from: SDE College Denmark SIER Romania ELIS Consortium Italy PIGE Poland DENH Poland CECE Spain took part in the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting each partner presented his organization (multimedia presentations). Next the project vision, general and specific objectives of the project, financial rules and the strategy of activity were discussed. The following calendar of action was established: -creation of special address and web page for the project needs, to publish all materials and information of project activities - SEP - elaboration of activity roadmaps(detailed working plan) by all partners till the end of November description of vocational and trainings systems in each partner country (concise report-questionnaire enclosed) till the end of December analysis of individual systems and development of common document till the end of January after receiving needed data from the partners ( bank accounts) SEP had to prepare contracts between the coordinator and the partner -after signing appropriate contracts SEP had to transfer to each co-beneficiary the amounts corresponding to their participation in the action.
