2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: Improvement of Vocational Education in Field of Injection Moulding LLP/LDV/TOI/2009/SK/ Année: 2009 Type de Projet: Statut: Accroche marketing: Projets de transfert d'innovation Accordé SK-Slovaquie Plastic industry is concerned to be a half-branch between technical and chemical industry and therefore education in this field requires heavy investment to technologies to ensure the practical training. The basic technological process in this type of production is the production of plastic materials by process called injection moulding. Educational material (the curriculum) used in SR does not reach the level of didactical composed text with new innovative methods or content (e-learning, optimalisation). In this regard we see the need of solving this situation by transferring educational material from countries where educational programmes in field of plastic processing by technology injection moulding have a long-term experience and tradition. Created educational product will be disseminated and sold within all countries of the partnership - Slovakia, Czech Republic, France, and Slovenia. Résumé: Project duration was 18 months - from October 2009 till March Budget of the project was euro. The main aim was to increase the quality of further education in field of plastic processing by technology called injection moulding in SR. Project objectives were following: 1. To increase the quality of specialised education in this field in SR through innovated educational material and curriculum. 2. To increase the quality of specialised education in this field in SR through transfer of the Guide for plastic processing. 3. To introduce new technologies to specialised technical education through application of e- learning method in teaching process. Target groups of the rpoject were: A) Setupers, technologists and maintainers in injection moulding 60 persons B) Teachers and trainers in injection moulding 7 persons in foreign countries (Czech Republic, Slovenia) 7 persons in Slovakia with French and Slovenian trainers. Together 14 persons Description: Thèmes: The partnership was formed by seven organizations from four countries (France, Slovenia, Czech Republic, and Slovakia). Partners are public bodies, associations as well as representatives of educational organizations. They have already cooperated on common projects in the previous period. Main project activities were following: 1. To create educational program fulfilling all levels of further education for adults in field of injection moulding (the basis, training, self-solving problems in praxis, process optimalisation) through provided educational modules (the content), method, and curriculum from project partners. 2. To test and adapt the educational material to conditions of Slovak system of vocational education. 3. To integrate the innovated content, method and curriculum to existing program in SR. 4. 14 Produit 'Evaluation system of Quality management' Titre: Evaluation system of Quality management Type de Produit: Transparence et certification Texte marketing: Evaluation system of quality management is on one side a summary document of realized activities in accordance to assure the quality, and on the other hand a suitable document also for project management of other projects. It provides procedures, criteria and proposals how to reach the required quality of all project activities and final results/outputs. Description: Will be assured by internal and external evaluators Assurance of the process of quality management will be financed from internal sources of partners and from sources of subcontracting (external evaluator - SPC) A part of the plan of quality management is a testing of products on potential participants as well as a training of trainers and teachers. 17 Événements 4th partner meeting of project EDMOULD - final partner meeting in Olomouc, Czech Republic March 2011 Date Description Cible Public Événement non public Informations de contact Date et lieu 3rd partner meeting of project EDMOULD Celje, Slovenia, November 16th 17st, 2010 Date Description During the days 16th 17th November 2010 in town Celje, Slovenia, in the place of company TECOS, 10 representatives of 7 project partners met on III. partner meeting of Leonardo da Vinci project under the title Improvement of Vocational Education in field of Injection Moulding (Skvalitnenie odborného vzdelávania v oblasti vstrekovania plastov) EDMOULD. Main tasks of the meeting were: monitoring of project action plan and project outputs for education of setupers of injection moulding machines (as educational curriculum, educational program and e-learning). The whole educational product was tested in training centre in Orovnica in the Middle Slovakia. The testing lasted 6 months and 60 participants from 14 companies from the relevant industrial sector participated in it. Except the project partners, also external evaluator from Austria attended the meeting and presented the second evaluation report about activities of the partnership. Within the project program, partners discussed also questions of exploitation and dissemination of project outputs, as well as the whole commercialisation of educational program. Partners also dealt with topics regarding the after-project cooperation and continuous project accounting. At the end of the meeting, representatives of project partners agreed on fulfilling tasks in the last project decade, as well as on the date of IV. and also the last partner meeting which will take place in March 2011 in Olomouc, Czech Republic. 18 Événements 2nd partner meeting of project EDMOULD - Alençon, France, 29th 31st March 2010 Date Description During the days 29th 31st of March 2010 in town Alençon, France, in the place of company ISPA (Institute for Plastic Materials and Polymers in Alençon), 12 representatives of 7 project partners met on II. Partner meeting of Leonardo da Vinci project under the title Improvement of Vocational Education in field of Injection Moulding (Skvalitnenie odborného vzdelávania v oblasti vstrekovania plastov) EDMOULD. The main tasks of the meeting were monitoring of project action plan and monitoring of achieving the transfer and adaptation of educational products for setupers of injection moulding machines (as educational curriculum, educational program and e-learning). Partners also dealt with selection of future lectors/trainers from offer of registered interested persons and they agreed on the content of trainings for their preparation. Trainings of trainers will take place in Czech Republic, Slovenia and in Slovakia. Also, an important task of the meeting was to inform project partners about the 1st evaluation report from external evaluator from Austria. Within the project program, partners discussed the testing of transferred and adapted products which will be held from June to November 2010 in Slovakia. At the end of meeting, partners discussed also the dissemination of project outputs and financial accounting. During the 2nd day of the partner meeting, a press conference about project aims and outputs was realized for regional press media. Representatives of project partners agreed also on the date of III. 19 Événements 1st partner meeting of project EDMOULD Senec, 26/27 October 2009 Date Description After two-year preparation, from 1st of October 2009 we started realization of educational project in field of plastic industry under a title Improvement of Vocational Education in field of Injection Moulding EDMOULD. Project EDMOULD, under project number LLP/LDV/TOI/2009/SK/ , is supported through Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation. Its main aim is to increase the quality of vocational education in field of plastic processing through transfer of content, educational curriculum and methods used by European partners in preparation of educational program for operators of injection moulding machines. In the days 26/27 of October 2009, first partner meeting of the project was realized in Senec, Slovakia. Seven partners of the partnership participated at the meeting ISPA (France), MAPRO (Czech Republic), TECOS (Slovenia) and for Slovak partners - Slovak plastic cluster, Trenín Regional Chamber and Prešov Regional Chamber of Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The coordinator and leader of project team is a company A-OMEGA, Ltd. which was also managing the whole partner meeting. Except the project partners, also an external evaluator from Austria is involved in the project. His main aim is monitoring and evaluation of system of quality management of the educational process as well as the quality of created educational products. Main aim of 1st partner meeting was mutual information about transferring educational products from foreign partners transfer of e-learning (Slovenia), guide for plastic processing and optimalisation of injection moulding process (Czech Republic) and educational curriculum for further education (France). Partners discussed the time table for planned activities, project outputs and financing of project activities. At the end of meeting, partners agreed on the nearest time table of activities from Action plan of the partnership as well as on dissemination and exploitation (valorisation) plan of educational products. Until the project finalisation in March 2011, there is a plan for three following partner meetings. The next partner meeting will take place in March 2010 in France. Created Modular educational program should be at the end of the project accredited by Slovak Accreditation Commission of Ministry of Education for further education.
