His/her aim is to improve energy efficiency by evaluating energy use and implementing new policies for a sustainable development. EXEM project wants to promote use of the ECVET system by applying it to the occupation of the European Expert in Energy Management. To reach this goal, the project will produce: 1. ECVET competence profile of the European EXEM 2. The curriculum of a training course for EXEMs. 3. A procedure for the recognition of competence of EXEM. 4. Description: This product consits on the description of the competence profile of the EXEM structured according to ECVET guidelines. The EXEM training course will allow to gain a qualification (EQF 6)valit throughout Europe. Description: The curriculum of a e-learning course addressed to people wanting to become EXEMs WILL BE DEFINED. Additionally the blueprint (i.e. the lesson plans, including materials to use with students) of 7 units of the course, to be chosen by partners amongst the ones listed in the curriculum, will also be produced. The blueprint will be set on a e-learning platform. The blueprint will be developed by the partners that have more technical knowledge on the topic. Every of the same partner will develop the same share of the blueprint. Description: The project will develop a methodology for validation of competence and transfer of previous learning outcomes. The methodology, structured according with the Cedefop (2009) Guidelines for validating not formal and informal learning, will allow assessment, transfer, validation and accumulation of learning outcomes (under the form of ECVET points) achieved in formal, informal and non formal contexts.
