Contracts of Employment Our contracts of employment service provides all schools new hire contracts and contractual change/revision letters. HR Advice and Consultancy Our full consultancy service provides personal and specialist support for the full range of HR issues; covering everything from day to day advice, direct support in managing complex case work and model policies and procedures. Occupational Health and Wellbeing Our comprehensive service provides all of the Occupational Health requirements that a school may require. These can either be purchased by signing up to our service level agreement including pre-employment screening, ill health referrals, health surveillance for ground men and access to short term counselling. Alternatively these services and many more can be purchased as and when required. Education Finance Support Service The Education Finance Support Service has been established for over 15 years supporting schools in and around the Essex area as part of Traded Services for Essex County Council. We are financial management specialists providing competitively priced bursar support, advice, training and financial management reviews to schools to enhance their finance function. School Governor Services Our comprehensive service provides a range of support to school governors. Sales Ledger and Accounts Receivable Our team of income collectors are all trained to Institute of Credit Management standards. We can provide a full service from customer and invoice creation through to full debt recovery. A full suite of age debt reports can be provided.
