2 Class Descriptions Lil Kickers Lil' Kickers is a child development program for children 18 months through 7 years old. For ages 3 and under, toddlers and parents explore basic soccer and developmental milestones. As children develop their skills, they move into more complex soccer tactics and activities. Lil Sluggers Lil Sluggers is a child development program created to introduce children ages 2-5 to the game of baseball. Lil Sluggers classes develop important baseball skills while using appropriate equipment and games to teach your child the game of baseball in a fun, exciting, and positive environment. Lil Acers The Lil Acers ( ages 4-8 years) program is designed for the true beginner to tennis, where the primary focus will be on developing motor skills and hand eye coordination. Beginning stroke mechanics will be introduced along with footwork, and understanding the basic fundamentals. Learn to Skate The Learn to Skate Program is designed for kids ages 3-9 years old. We use in-line skates in all of our classes. Skaters are split up into smaller groups according to skill level. In-Line skate rentals are included in the fee, if needed. Optional protective equipment that can be used: helmet, (not provided), wrist guards, knee pads and elbow pads. Mini Pros The Mini Pros class allows children the opportunity to sample each of our Child Development Programs! This program is divided up into 2 sports per session. In order to get the most out of the Mini Pros program, you must devote two sessions. The sessions are broken up into Basketball/Soccer and Flag Football/Tee-ball. Lil Dunkers Lil' Dunkers is a child development class through the game of basketball for ages 2-6 years. Children will enjoy playing games, shooting baskets, and learning the fundamentals of basketball in a non-competitive environment! First & Ten! First &Ten! Is a child development program that is focused around the game of Flag Football! Your child will learn the basic fundamentals of flag football and above all else a love and appreciation for the game. This program also focuses on teamwork, good listening skills and having fun! Lil Golfers Academy Our Lil Golfers Academy for ages 4-6 years will be following curriculum provided by SNAG Golf. SNAG is a proven player development program designed for new learners of all ages. SNAG contains all the elements of golf but in a modified form, making it an easy and fun way to learn and play golf.

3 About Our Program Coach Qualifications Dreamsports Center is proud to have highly experienced and trained Child Development Coaches. All coaches undergo a background check, are CPR/First Aid Certified, and complete our Child Development Training Program. Each coach has a love for sports and especially a passion for working with children! The health and safety of our kids is our number one priority! Make up Class Policy In order to be eligible for a make up class, participants must notify the Director of Child Development 24 hours before the missed class. Make up class days and times will be based on availability. Make ups do not carry over from prior seasons. If there is no availability for a make up class, Dreamsports Center will allow participants to come to one hour of free drop in time to practice on their own. Each child is limited to two make up classes per session. No credits will be issued for missed classes. Refund Policy All refunds requested before the start of the session are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable fee. Refunds requested after the start of the session will be honored by placement of a credit for the remaining classes on the child s account. These credits can be used for any program offered at Dreamsports Center. Cost and Membership Information Lil Kickers, Lil Golfers, Lil Dunkers, Lil Acers, Mini Pros, Learn to Skate and First & Ten 10 Week Session : 10 classes x $13 per class = $130 Lil Sluggers 10 Week Session: 10 classes x $15 per class = $150 All Dreamsports Center Programs and Activities Require a Membership Membership Types: Seasonal: $12.00/per person / Yearly: $30.00/per person

Type your address in the box labeled New Customer Registration and select Sign-Up 3. Fill out your information for yourself and your child and then select Register 4. Choose and select the class you would like to register for then proceed to check out Scan the QR code to get directly to Mysam to register! Discounts and Credits: The following discounts and credits are available and offered to participants of the Child Development Program. 1. Sibling Discount: $10.00 off for each additional child involved in any program at Dreamsports (Discount only applies to full season; and both kids must be registered for the same season 2. Multiple Program Discount: $10.00 off for each additional program per child you sign up for within the same season (Only applies to full season registrations). 3. Referral Credit: $10.00 credit to your account when you refer a friend who registers for a child development program (Referred party must mention the customer who referred them at the time of registration. Up to 2 referral credits can be used per registration).

SNAG contains all the elements of golf but in a modified form, making it an easy and fun way to learn and play golf. The system builds on strong fundamentals of putting, chipping, pitching and full swing to develop playing ability quickly and effectively. SNAG incorporates developmentally appropriate equipment and instruction that will allow golf to be learned and played in non-traditional venues, such as on a soccer field, in a gym, or on the beach. The game has its own simplified rules and terminology that adds fun to the learning and playing experience.
