2 AGES 6 TO 13 YEARS LET S MOVE FAMILY FUN DAY CELEBRATING NATIONAL PARKS AND RECREATION MONTH Join the City of Coconut Creek for a fun-filled day of fitness and recreation activities for the whole family with the Parks and Rec Super Hero Brigade; Captain Community, the Green Guardian and the Fit Twins o Sponsored by West Boca Medical Center o Children are encouraged to come dressed as superheroes This event is FREE, preregistration is required The event will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM For ages 5 years and older, parents and guardians are encouraged to participate o Children will then take part in a variety of activities including indoor soft lacrosse, tennis, golf and Zumba o While the children are playing, parents will attend a presentation from West Boca Medical Center, Fitness Boot Camp, and Zumba. o Family field day games, afterward. o Light refreshments and prizes, including a prize for the best dressed super hero Most activities will be indoors, please dress for fun in active wear and sneakers Must preregister by walk-in only at the Recreation Complex or Community Center; Maximum 175 participants, open until filled AGES 14 TO 17 YEARS ONGOING CHILDREN S PROGRAMS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS Need volunteer hours for high school?
