The Right Turn News From the Director s Desk School has begun again and Autumn is upon us. The Right Turn just held our Graduation ceremony in August and what a wonderful turnout. Thank you to all staff, students, parents, Board Members, close friends, Department of Labor staff, and volunteers for making this year s graduation such a success. We appreciate all of you. Thanks to BankWest, Walmart, Photos to Go, Ramkota, etc! September started with new classes and new students. I wish all of our new students well in their studies. The Right Turn also has several events going on in September. Please check our calendar or call us for event information. Speaking of events, The Right Turn will hold an Open House on Monday, October 5, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Career Step will be here to present information about the Medical Coding & Billing program, and there will be a presentation on our brand-new Court Reporting program. Alberta A. Dakota Ave. PRE-REGISTRATION ENDS SEPTEMBER 21, 2009 FOR FALL CLASSES Managed Enrollment Classes Managed Enrollment Classes are Out of this world. Our new managed enrollment classes are off and soaring high! Our first session is about to end and we have a couple of students who will be ready for GED testing just after 1 six week managed enrollment session! Yeah! We have two sessions running at one time. There is a new session starting every 3 weeks so it is never too late to stop in and visit with Teresa Hogeland about basic skills brush up or GED. Our next sessions will begin on Monday Sept. 14 th, October 5 th, and October 26 th. Pre-registration is required before starting a session.

4 Military Spouse Career Advancement Opportunity The Right Turn will be holding an Open House on Monday, October 5th, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Career Step will present information on our Medical Coding and Billing program and there will be a short presentation on our new Court Reporting program. Booths with information about other programs will be available. Come join us and bring a friend or two to learn more about these exciting programs. Military spouses could be eligible for grant money to train in fast growing careers.
