Documents Document French customs on arrival: Commercial invoice & Packing list : 4 original copies in english, according to the attached template to return BY bee 20 July 2012 as Excel Spread sheet ( each submitter). Certificate of origin : only Champagnes. Other documents to add beverages : Certificate Champagne only champagne samples. Certificate of ageing Cognac, Whisky samples. Please send all documents by to alexandre.simon@group-esi.com validation bee sending any original copy by post. (Commercial invoice & Packing list as Excel). Please note: On the invoice, please do not write «No Commercial Value» ou «NCV». Invoices must be typed in. Prices of samples indicated on the invoice must correspond the real cost of the good. Each alterated price could result on a fine and reajustment will be made by Hong Kong customs. Alcohol shipping : For alcohol, you must include an accurate description document which have to match exactly inmations apearing on the label. 5. 4 Whatever transport is used goods will be handled various time until its delivery. Thus we advise that you use resistant packaging (with internal timing, absorbent material, etc...) 6. Insurance It is important that your goods are covered with insurance. We can offer you the possibility to subscribe to a full coverage. You can also use your own company to guarantee your goods. In case you do not ask it, no insurance will be issued by our company. 7.
