Phone No. (02423) Website: - SUPPLY OF PRINTERS, UPS and TONNERS 1.1 Online tenders are invited for the purchase of Printers, UPS from authorized dealers having experience of similar works. The tender will be received in form of e-tenders. The tender document will be available from 21/01/2016 to 04/02/2016 up to 5.00 pm. on for downloading. 3 General:- thereafter until it is withdrawn by the contractor by notice in writing duly addressed to the authority opening the tender and sent by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due. The tender notice shall form a part of the contract agreement. No JV allowed (Single vendor should supply all material). Right is reserved by Executive Officer, SSST, Shirdi to revise or amend the contract documents fully or part thereof prior to the date notified or amended for the receipt of tender. Such deviations/amendments if any shall be communicated in the form of corrigendum or by a letter as may be considered suitable. Right is reserved by Executive Officer, SSST, Shirdi to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. Tenders which do not fulfill all or any conditions or are incomplete in any respect are liable to reject. Time limit: The work is to be completed within time limit as specified in the Notice inviting tender which shall be reckoned from the date of written order of commencing the work. Tender Rate: No alteration in the form of tender and the schedule of tender and no additions in the scope or special stipulation will be permitted. Amount quoted for the tender shall be taken as including all taxes. Tender Units: The tenderer should particularly note the unit mentioned in the tender on which the rates are based. No change in the units shall be allowed. In the case of difference between rates written in figures and words, the correct rate will be the one, which is lower of the two. 2.0 EARNEST MONEY: Earnest money Rs. 9,025/- (in words Nine Thousand only) & Tender Fee of Rs. 500/- (In form of Demand Draft of nationalized bank) along with the tender should be paid in favor of Executive Officer, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. EMD is not required to be submitted by those Bidders who are registered for the same item/range of products/goods or services with the Central Purchase Organization (e.g. DGS&D), National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC). 4 Notes: 2.1 The amount of earnest money will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderer on deciding about the acceptance or otherwise of the tender or on expiry of the validity period whichever is earlier. In case of the successful tenderer, it will be refunded back after completing successful installation of printers and accessories. 5% Performance and security Amount will be deducted from the final bill amount. This will kept with sansthan for Warranty period. 2.2 Earnest money of the un-successful tenderers will be refunded on their application only after an intimation of rejection of their tender is sent to them or on the expiry of the validity period whichever is earlier. 2.3 Even though the tenderers meet the requirements, they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements. 3.0 TENDERING PROCEDURE 3.1 "Technical Envelope The envelope clearly marked as "Technical BID Envelope for Printer and accessories purchase IT department. Shall contain the scanned copies of originals of following documents:- 1. Detail of Firm as per Annexure A 2. Shop Act. License Certificate of as Pvt. /Public /Firm /Govt. /Semi Govt./Dealers / Partnership Firm. 3. Certificate of Registration for VAT 4. IT Return of last two financial years. ( & ) 5. In the event that the bidder is Authorized Service Provider / a business partner of companies. Should provide Authorization documents 6. Audited balance sheet of last 2 years ( & ) 7. EMD amount DD, and Tender price DD. Or Certificate of EMD exemption. 3.2 Commercial BID The tenderer should quote his offer online in BOQ provided. (I) VAT should be included at actual. (II) Price will be compare on all inclusive cost. (NOTE:- Only Technical bid must be submitted physically to Saibaba Sansthan. Commercial Bid must be fill online) 3.3 ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER: Shri saibaba Sansthan Trust Shirdi 4

5 3.3.1 The commercial bid of technically qualified bidders shall only be opened online and lowest offer of the technically qualified bidder shall be accepted. The acceptance of tender may be communicated to the Contractor by or otherwise. 3.4 SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Agency shall have to pay amount of Security Deposit equal to 5% of the cost of accepted tender in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of Executive Officer, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. Within 8 working days. Or 5% security deposit will be deducted from bill There shall be no liability on Trust to pay any interest on the Security deposited by or recovered from the Agency The Security Deposit shall be refunded after the completion of Warranty period. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The Eligible vendor should provide 24X7 supports within warranty period. 2. Cost should be inclusive of all taxes. 3. Bidder should help our representative to log the call for any of the printer problem. 4. For warranty purpose product must be registered with respective company. (Documents of registration must be provided to sansthan like user name and password.) 4. PAYMENTS: The payment for Printer and accessories will be released after successful Installation, Commissioning & Documentation. The contractor shall furnish to the employer the vouchers / test certificates to prove that the material are as per specified standard and from authorized dealers, failing which the payment of the Vendor may be withheld. INSTRUCTION: (a) Trust shall not be liable for any accident, loss, death, injury or damages of any kind in the course of this work. (b) All the materials used in the maintenance works under the warranty period shall be genuine, new and of the make as of the equipment/machinery. The workmanship and material shall be as per specifications and to the entire satisfaction of the Trust Engineer. Shri saibaba Sansthan Trust Shirdi 5

6 5. In case of insufficient response to this offer, Executive Officer, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi may extend the period of acceptance of offer. 7. The Executive Officer, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. Reserves the right to accept / reject any offer or cancel the tender at any stage. 8. The decision of Executive Officer, Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. Shall be final and binding in case of any dispute between Trust and the agency. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS 1. The tenderer should study all the tender documents carefully and understand the tender contract conditions and specifications etc. before quoting online. If there are any doubts, they should get clarifications in writing but this shall not be a justification for submission of late tender or extension of opening date. 2. The tenderer must obtain for himself on his own responsibility and at his own expense, all the information which may be necessary for the purpose of filling this tender online. 3. Each of the tender documents in technical bid is required to be signed by the person/ persons submitting the tender. Any tender with any of the documents not so signed will be rejected. 4. No advice or any change in the rate or conditions after sending of the tender will be entertained. 5. The quoted amount in online tender shall be valid for acceptance by the owner for 90 (Ninety) days from the date of opening of the Tenders.
