1 WTF G- 1 TOURNAMENT Dear Madame/Sir, With great pleasure we would like to invite you to our 14th Galeb Belgrade Trophy Serbia Open, which will be held in our beautiful city of Belgrade, Serbia. The tournament will be held on the 10 th and 11 th of October This is a WTF G- 1 Class tournament and it is open to all clubs and national teams which can also be found on the WTF calendar. For the past 13 years we have hosted teams clubs from numerous countries, such as: Greece, Iran, Spain, USA, Italy, Sweden, Germany, Canada, Czech Republic, Turkey, Moldavia, Russia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYROM, Albania, Cyprus, Ukraine, Georgia, Slovakia, Montenegro, Great Britain, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Iraq, Norway, Finland, Holland, Ireland, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Portugal and many more. We are proud to say that all participants were very satisfied with the organization of the tournament and excellent quality of athletes. We hope that this year will also bring you nice memories from our town, the tournament and good friendships. As always, we promise to give our best. We look forward to welcoming and meeting you soon. 4 COMPETITION RULES AND METHOD: KP&P Protector and Scoring System (PSS) will be used for the Championships. ( The Organizing Committee will provide Protector and Scoring System (PSS) and the head protector to the participating contestants. Participating contestants are required to bring their own groin guards, mouthpieces, gloves, sensing socks and shin and forearm guards for their personal use. Before entering the field of play, all contestants will proceed to the inspection desk for inspection of their doboks and protective equipment. Any contestant who wears unofficial doboks or protective equipment will not be permitted to compete. Instant Video Replay (IVR) System will be used. COMPETITION MODE: K.O. SISTEM

5 WTF G- 1 TOURNAMENT CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION: Participants must be member of a National Taekwondo Federation, affiliated to the W.T.F. This membership must be proved by the WTF licence for all officials and competitors. - The WTF licence must be valid for 2015 or renewed to be used for All competitors and officials need to have an official WTF Licence number - Proof of a valid 2015 WTF Licence will checked during onsite registration. You must show either 1) Valid 2015 WTF Licence card 2) Print out from WTF GMS - It is NOT possible to register ON SITE for a WTF Licence! - An Invalid or unknown WTF Licence number will result in disqualification for the coach and/or competitor. - Entry fees are obligated at all times. - The WTF licence is the responsibility of all participants (competitors and officials) participating at the 14 th Galeb Belgrade Trophy Serbia Open and must be registered and approved through their respective WTF Member National Association at least 1 month before the tournament it is required for. CATEGORIES: Cadets: born in 2001,2002,2003 Juniors: born in 1998,1999,2000 Seniors: born in 1998 and older WEIGHTING CLASSES: Cadets male: (-33,-37,-41,-45,-49,-53,-57,-61,-65,+65) Cadets female: (-29,-33,-37,-41,-44,-47,-51,-55,-59,+59) Juniors male: (-45,-48,-51,-55,-59,-63,-68,-73,-78,+78) Juniors female: (-42,-44,-46,-49,-52,-55,-59,-63,-68,+68) Senior male: (-54,-58,-63,-68,-74,-80,-87,+87) Senior female: (-46,-49,-53,-57,-62,-67,-73, +73) MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Senior male: 2 Kup or higher Senior female: 3 Kup or higher Juniors,cadets male/female: 4 Kup or higher Juniors who participate in the senior competition must have the qualification required for seniors.

6 Cadets and juniors can only compete in one age categories. RANKING: 1st place - 7 points 2nd place - 3 points 3rd place - 1 point Categories with only one competitor do not get points. There will be team rankings for each age category (cadets, juniors and seniors). AWARDS: Competitors: medals for 1 st, 2 nd, and3 rd place. Teams: trophies for all categories 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd place. Because of the tremendous number of participants it is not possible for the Organizing Committee to provide transportation from the airport to the hotels and local transportation between the sport venue and the hotels. For judges and officials of the WTF and ETU organizer will arrange transportation on schedule flight that we being delivered. COACHES: Coaches can enter the competition area only with proper shoes and tracksuit. LIABILITY: All participants take part on their own risk. The organizer is in no way responsible for any damage caused to a person or their belongings. With the registration the participant/club acknowledges and accepts all the listed points.

7 UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT: We would like to remind you that use of WTF-recognized (WTF approved) uniform and equipment by the Orginizing Committee as well as all participating athletes is a MUST in accordance with the following provision of the WTF Competition Rules: Article 4. The Organizing Committee will provide accommodation with the full board from October 9, 2015 (check in time at 12:00) October 12, 2015 (check out time at 12:00) and allowance for two days.
