3 PROPERTY FEATURES Lobby A significant remodel of both lobbies was completed in Views Exterior Security Buildings feature incredible views of uptown, downtown and the Rocky Mountains. Construction will begin mid 2017 for a new tenant amenity floor featuring a conference center and full-service gym. The property features on-site conference rooms, on-site management and engineer staff, banks, as well as Russell s convenience store. The property is located near 19 hotels, totaling nearly 7,000 rooms and 203 conference / meeting rooms within a twelve block radius. Easy access to abundant retail and restaurant amenities, via the free 16th Street Transit mall shuttle, connecting uptown to lower downtown.
