2 Welcome to Tivoli Congress Center Tivoli Congress Center which opened October 2010, is an innovation for Copenhagen and with it we hope to attract new and exciting conferences, exhibitions and other major events to the city. That Tivoli Congress Center is the most outstanding building to date within conference facilities in Denmark is thanks to the fearless design and signature play with light of its architect, Kim Utzon. The remarkable building houses a Congress Hall with a capacity of up to 2,500 attendees, two mediumsized auditoria, as well as several large and smaller conference and meeting rooms. All told we can host conferences for as many as 4,000 people simultaneously. Tivoli Congress Center is located in the heart of Copenhagen within walking distance of the Tivoli Gardens, the pedestrian shopping streets, Town Hall Square and the waterfront. Throughout his distinguished career Utzon has exhibited an astute ability to synthesise functionality and lighting in a process that produces magnificent architecture. Tivoli Congress Center is his most spectacular example to date of this combination. The Congress Hall is exceptional in a number of ways. In area it is a vast expanse measuring over 1,500 m2, while its 500 m2 surround balcony allows attendees to follow conference proceedings from a slightly elevated position or enjoy dinner with a view of the stage. Furnished with a relocatable stage the Conference Hall adapts easily to all types of events; conferences, product launches and parties. Masses of daylight drench the hall from pyramid-shaped windows along the ceiling opening it to the glow of nature s seasonal changes, while in the process ensuring a perfect indoor climate. The AV equipment is a chapter in itself and in combination with the inhouse AV Technician, who is highly professional executed with many years of experience in television production and running of events at all levels, your production and settlement is in good hands.

6 Room overview For all your conference, exhibition and hospitality needs Lower Floor Tivoli Congress Center is the largest conference center in the central Copenhagen area. The Congress Hall alone accommodates up to 2,500 attendees. And in addition there are two large auditoria and a variety of large and smaller conference and meeting rooms. All in all Tivoli Congress Center s versatility allows it to host any size or type of event ranging in capacity from 10 to 4,000 participants. The 400 m 2 lower foyer is designed for exhibitions and other events. Our facilities adapt easily to conferences, meetings, training courses, AGMs, exhibitions and hospitality events. Your event is convened in a highly professional atmosphere, focusing on your requirements and satisfying your guests. In close consultation with you, the organiser, we decide upon the best possible event solution from our variety of excellent conference facilities.
