Registration fee The EJU Registration Fee is of 10 Euro per participating athlete (fee is the same for all federations from all Continental Unions affiliated to the IJF). Competition mode Competition will be carried out according to the rules and sporting codes of the IJF-EJU KO system with quarter final repechage; The 8 athletes best ranked in IJF World Ranking List will be seeded in each category. Participation limit According to the qualifying system of the OG and the EJU decision: IJF FEDERATIONS.- Max. 4 competitors per weight category. Officials number in a team is unlimited. Departure Monday 7 th of June.- Departure of participants. Antidoping Control There will be done according to EJU rules by laboratory authorized by IOC. The anti-doping control will take place after awarding ceremony. All competitors must have and use their own judogi white and blue conformity /according with the EJU rules. Judogi Referees Each competitor taking part in the EJU events is obliged to have on the back of his judogi the official back number made up of two parts: the FIXED upper part, consisting of the Surname and the National Olympic Abbreviation; the CHANGEABLE bottom part consisting of the event name and the sponsors, unique for each event. The participating athlete / federation is responsible for ordering and sewing of the FIXED part of the back number, which must be the official EJU / IJF one. It should be ordered from Production and delivery takes around 4 weeks. The CHANGEABLE part will be given to the head of delegation during registration, and the athletes can stick it themselves using the special glue on the back number. In case the participating federation sends fewer athletes than registered in the numerical entry, the federation will be charged the cost of the back number of all cancelled athletes. Maximum per country: Organizing Federation: 4 Referees Other Federations : 1 referees Referees must be holding the IJF licence, A or B.

5 Referee meeting Friday 4 th June 2010: h. Hotel Tryp Centro Norte Please observe the new rules of the EJU as far as advertisement on the Judogi is concerned. The shoulder markings (from collar across shoulder down the sleeve on both sides of the jacket) must be a maximum length of 25cm and maximum width of 5 cm. Only national colours or the official suppliers manufacturer s logo (both sides the same) are allowed in EJU Official Events. Advertisement Liability Neither the organizers of the event, nor the Royal Spanish Judo Federation (or any of its officials or members) will be liable or responsible for any personal injury nor for any loss or damage to any property arising out of participations and travelling in connection with these championships. Only entries of National Judo Federations IJF Members will be accepted. First entry before: 20 th April 2010 Form to the Royal Spanish Judo Federation. Hotel Reservation: 14 th May 2010 Form to the Royal Spanish Judo Federation Entries Final entry before 14 th May 2010: - Inscription to the EJU in JUMAS ( Electronic System) on - Form to the Royal Spanish Judo Federation. All hotel reservation must be done only via Royal Spanish Judo Federation and stay expenses paid to bank account.
