2 Weddings at the Corn Exchange At the Edinburgh Corn Exchange we believe that your Wedding Day will be one of the most memorable days of your life. For this reason we will work with you to ensure that we provide you with the perfect wedding ceremony, delicious wedding meal and fantastic evening reception. Our dedicated Sales and Events team have many years experience in planning and hosting events. From intimate dinners to party atmospheres they are trained to the highest standards to ensure that the only thing you have to worry about is helping us make your day unique to you. You will have a Wedding Co-ordinator who will be your contact at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. Our Co-ordinators have extensive experience in the arrangement and management of weddings and they will assist you with every step of your journey, from the initial planning right through to the big day itself. Wedding Package We are delighted to offer special all-inclusive wedding packages throughout the year. Our Package Includes: Room hire Carpet on arrival Arrival drink in our Bistro Cottage- with a private decked patio Themed lighting decoration including star cloth for that extra sparkle* Personalised menus Chair covers Table linen 3 Course wedding breakfast with coffee Half bottle of house wine per person with the meal Event manager dedicated to ensuring the perfect day Wedding Offers: per person (Friday Weddings) per person (Saturday Weddings) per person (Sunday Weddings) If you choose to have your ceremony in the venue there is a small charge of which includes; carpet down the aisle, sails in room, coloured lighting and glass ceremony table. Extra Information You are welcome to upgrade any of the package items, for a supplement. Norwegian Prawns on Crisp Leaf & served with a Wood Roasted Red Pepper Mayonnaise and Pickled cucumber Breast of Chicken, Arran Mustard & Potato Puree Served with Candied Carrots, Buttered Greens and Rosemary Jus Citrus Delice, Lemon Curd and Honeycomb Crunch Freshly brewed fair trade coffee The above dishes are samples of what we can provide. We would be delighted to provide additional suggestions tailored to suit your requirements. Vegetarian options, children s menus, canapés and evening buffet options can be provided upon request. All other dietary requirements can be catered for on an individual basis. Evening Wedding Reception Are you having the dream wedding in the sun, Greece, Mexico or Las Vegas? It is great to escape and get married on the beach or in a little white chapel, but it is a certainty your friends and family will want to celebrate with you too. So when you return as husband and wife with that great tan, where better to celebrate than the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. With many different spaces, we are perfect for any size or type of party. The Newmarket Suite can accommodate between 50 and 100 guests, with its own entrance, coloured lighting to match your theme, a bar in the room and why not share your special snaps on our built-in wall projector. Our beautiful Bistro Cottage with a private decked sun terrace, is ideal on a nice evening, or perfect if you decide to have an afternoon barbeque. It is hugely popular, and caters for between 70 and 150 guests. For larger parties of 150 or more the Baron Suite has its own reception, star cloth, atmospheric lighting and generous dance floor. It is perfect to Ceilidh dance the night away. 4 Our Wedding Fair & Fashion Show First weekend of March & November We host our Wedding Fair and Fashion Show the first weekend of March and November every year at The Edinburgh Corn Exchange. Come along to the East of Scotland s Largest Wedding Fair to see our rooms set up and to meet over 130 exhibitors with goods ranging from stationery, photographers, make-up & flowers to cars and much much more.
