We offer a range of menu and drinks packages, but we can also design plans around you and your guests. It s your day and we ll do all that we can to make sure your dreams become happy wedding day memories. If you have something specific in mind, as a venue we are proud to offer bespoke wedding packages that can be tailored to suit you and your special day. Our hotel is set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, with its own landscaped gardens and our hotel lake. Our endless greenery offers the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs. 3 Civil Ceremonies Our outstanding reputation as a wedding venue coupled with our experience and expertise ensures the ceremony of your dreams and that memorable romantic touch. Holt Lodge Hotel benefits from the option of two separate rooms licensed for Civil Ceremonies, the Garden Lounge and the Orchard Suite. The Orchard Suite can hold a maximum capacity of 50 guests for a civil ceremony and compliments the ceremony with its traditional feature fireplaces and views out over a private garden. The Garden Lounge, with its elegant features and contemporary design accommodates up to 100 guests for a Civil Ceremony. The Garden Lounge is a popular choice, with couples declaring their vows in front of our stylish French doors overlooking the landscaped gardens. Holding your Civil Ceremony at the hotel ensures a smooth running transition from Civil Ceremony to wedding reception, without the extra cost implication of guest transportation and of course, the convenience factor. Our Civil Ceremonies are conducted by registrars from Wrexham Registry Office. Once you have made provisional arrangements with us you must contact the registry office and check their availability for your chosen date on Please note that there are additional fees to be paid directly to the registrar. Please note: It is the responsibility of you, the couple to arrange the booking of the Registrar. Your Wedding Coordinator is unable to carry out this legal task.

8 Evening Only & Late Afternoon Celebrations We offer a range of alternative, bespoke wedding day options here at the Holt Lodge Hotel. The latest that the Wrexham Registry Office will perform a ceremony at a venue is 5pm. This works perfectly when going straight into your evening celebrations. We specialise in creating a day that suits you and your dream day. A day, which is tailored throughout the planning stages. If a formal wedding breakfast is not for you then this option may be something to consider. In order to provide you with an estimated price for this service we ask that you make an appointment with our Wedding Coordinator, Annie of course this will help provide you with a more accurate price but also allows us to really understand your ideas. From a Hog Roast Supper to a delicious BBQ served on the terrace, a tasty buffet to a formal sit down menu. Why not book our resident disco?
