2 OVERVIEW IREIS 2016 provided a snapshot into property markets in the Middle East, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. In addition to highlighting investment opportunities and facilitating potential deals in key international market & industry. Experts who attended the event updated visitors on the latest developments in the real estate market and the best time to purchase properties. The UAE is home to a diverse mix of nationalities that make up 86 percent of the UAE population. The overall market fundamentals in the UAE have significantly improved and the economy of the Emirates has witnessed robust growth in recent times. Given this demographic, IREIS leveraged expatriate interest in property market by having leading companies to showcase a wide selection of properties at different price ranges. IREIS and the accompanied conference was an important event to provide investors as well as other stakeholders in the real estate industry with an ideal opportunity to explore the latest industry developments within the UAE and abroad.
