2 Frequently Asked Questions 1. When is the commencement date for the new drop zone for SmartTAG repair service? From 1/1/2015 onwards, Pos Malaysia or Poslaju National Courier is an alternative drop zone for SmartTAG repair service easy, fast and accessible! 2. What are the conditions or scenario for me to use the SmartTAG repair service? When your SmartTAG device is faulty, just grab your warranty card (if your SmartTAG is bought within a year) and drop by the nearest POS Malaysia or POSLAJU National Courier. A) For SmartTAG WITHIN the warranty period; Step 1 : Purchase two(2) - pre-paid POSLAJU Envelope@RM6.00/envelope. Step 2 : Insert your Faulty SmartTAG, Warranty Card and a Pre-paid POSLAJU envelope into the other purchased pre-paid POSLAJU envelope. Step 3 : Seal the envelope & handover at counter. Step 4: Retain the courier and/or money order (if any) receipt for your reference. Content of the Envelope courier to Touch n Go : 1xFaulty SmartTAG + 1xWarranty Card + 1x pre-paid POSLAJU Envelope B) For SmartTAG AFTER the warranty period Step 1 : Purchase two(2) - pre-paid POSLAJU Envelope@ RM6.00/envelope & a Money Order of RM50. Step 2 : Address the money order for repair cost to Touch N Go Sdn. Bhd. Step 3: Insert your Faulty SmartTAG, RM50 Money Order and a Pre-paid POSLAJU envelope into the other purchased pre-paid POSLAJU envelope. Step 4: Seal the envelop & handover at counter. Step 5: Retain the courier and/or money order(if any) receipt for your reference. Content of the Envelope courier to Touch n Go : 1x Faulty SmarTAG + 1x RM50 Money Order + 1x pre-paid POSLAJU Envelope Note : Kindly state the information clearly on the returned pre-paid POSLAJU Envelope (Name of Addressee, Address and contact number)

3 3. Will I be entitled to the warranty period if I do not include the Warranty card in the envelope? No. 4. Is RM50, the repair fee chargeable for SmartTAG repair? Will I be getting any refund if the fee is less than RM50? The repair fee is at RM50. It is not refundable. 5. How do I know my smarttag is ready? Touch n Go will notify via sms on the courrier date and the consigment no.

Bermula 1/1/2015, Pos Malaysia atau Poslaju National Courier adalah alternatif untuk servis baru pembaikan SmartTAG secara drop zone mudah, cepat dan senang! 2. Apakah syarat-syarat atau senario untuk saya menggunakan servis pembaikan SmartTAG ini? Apabila peranti SmartTAG anda rosak, anda hanya perlu ambil kad waranti (jika SmartTAG anda dibeli dalam tempoh setahun) dan serahkan di POS Malaysia atau POSLAJU National Courier yang berdekatan. A) Untuk SmartTAG DALAM tempoh waranti; Langkah 1 : Beli dua (2) - sampul surat sampul surat. Langkah 2 : Masukkan SmartTAG anda yang rosak, Kad Waranti dan Sampul Surat POSLAJU ke dalam satu lagi sampul surat POSLAJU. Langkah 3 : Lekatkan surat & serahkan di kaunter. Langkah 4 : Simpan resit kurier dan/atau resit kiriman wang (jika ada) untuk rujukan anda. Kandungan Surat untuk dikurierkan ke Touch n Go : 1x SmartTAG yang rosak + 1x Kad Waranti + 1x sampul surat POSLAJU B) Untuk SmartTAG SELEPAS tempoh waranti Langkah 1 : Beli dua (2) - sampul surat RM6.00/sampul surat & kiriman wang sebanyak RM50. Langkah 2 : Alamatkan kiriman wang tersebut untuk kos pembaikan kepada Touch N Go Sdn. Bhd. Langkah 3 : Masukkan SmartTAG anda yang rosak, Kiriman Wang sebanyak RM50 dan Sampul Surat POSLAJU ke dalam satu lagi sampul surat POSLAJU. Langkah 4 : Lekatkan surat & serahkan di kaunter. Langkah 5 : Simpan resit kurier dan/atau resit kiriman wang (jika ada) untuk rujukan anda. Kandungan Surat untuk dikurierkan ke Touch n Go : 1x SmartTAG yang rosak + 1x Kiriman Wang RM50 + 1x sampul surat POSLAJU Nota : Sila nyatakan informasi-informasi yang ada dengan jelas di sampul surat POSLAJU yang dikembalikan (Nama pengirim, Alamat dan nombor untuk dihubungi)

5 3. Adakah saya layak untuk menerima tempoh waranti jika saya tidak menyertakan Kad Waranti di dalam sampul surat? Tidak. 4. Adakah RM50, yuran pembaikan yang dicaj untuk pembaikan SmartTAG? Adakah saya akan dapat sebarang bayaran balik jika yuran adalah kurang daripada RM50? Yuran pembaikan adalah RM50. Ia tidak boleh dibayar balik. 5. Bagaimanakah cara untuk saya ketahui bahawa SmartTAG sudah siap? Pihak Touch n Go akan memaklumkan anda melalui sms mengenai tarikh kurier dan nombor kiriman.
