1 Terms and Conditions for Auto BILLPAY RM30 Cash Rebate Campaign Campaign Period and Eligibility 1. The Auto BILLPAY RM30 Cash Rebate Enrolment Campaign ( Campaign ) shall commence from 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2016 ( Campaign Period ), both dates inclusive. 2. This Campaign is available for all existing AmBank, AmBank Islamic and MBF Cards ( the Bank ) Cardmembers (i.e. World MasterCard, Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Platinum, Gold, Classic, M- Card and CARz Card). Both Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. 3. AmBank Group staffs are eligible for the RM30 cash rebate. 4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Campaign: i. Cardmembers who cancel their existing Auto BILLPAY service and re-register again during the Campaign Period. ii. Cardmembers whose card accounts have been in delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during the Campaign Period. Participating Billers 5. The Participating Billers available for Eligible Cardmembers to pay their bills via Auto BILLPAY services are: i. Tenaga Nasional Berhad (subject to a maximum billing amount of RM5,000 per account) ii. Telekom Malaysia Berhad (Not applicable for UNIFI service) iii. Astro iv. Celcom v. Allianz Insurance* vi. MCIS* vii. Zurich Insurance* (*Not applicable for AmBank Islamic Cardmembers) Note: The auto bill payment service is not available for Sabah Electric and SESCO Campaign Mechanics 6. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Cardmembers are required to enrol for NEW bill payment through the Bank with any of the Participating Billers as per clause above either by completing the Auto BILLPAY Enrolment Form available at the branches and website and submit via mail or fax, or SMS the details of the bill account as per the instruction stated on the leaflet and website. Enrolments done directly with the Participating Billers will not be taken into account for this Campaign. 7. The enrolment set out in clause above will only be deemed successful upon receipt of confirmation from the respective Participating Billers that the bill account are valid. For the purpose of the Campaign, the enrolments must be completed before expiry of the Campaign Period.

Upon successful confirmation of the bill account from the respective Participating Billers, the monthly payment of the bill amount will be automatically charged to the Cardmembers credit card account on a recurring basis. 9. If you have an existing Auto BILLPAY enrolment with your other banks for Telekom Malaysia, Zurich Insurance or Astro, your enrolment for the Auto BILLPAY services with the Bank will automatically supersede the current enrolment and you need not notify or terminate the service with the Participating Billers. For the remaining Participating Billers, you will need to terminate the enrolment first before enrolling for Auto BILLPAY service to avoid double billing or late billing. 10. Eligible CardMembers must maintain the Auto BILLPAY service for a minimum of 12 months upon successful enrolment. In the event the Auto BILLPAY service is cancelled within 12 months from the date of successful enrolment, the cash rebate received by the Cardmember will be debited from the card account. Campaign Rewards 11. Cardmembers are allowed to enrol more than one (1) bill account from each Participating Biller. Cardmembers will receive a one-time cash rebate of RM30 for each successful bill enrolment up to a maximum of 20 bills provided the total bill amount for each Participating Biller meets the minimum amount of RM80 in the first successful billing. The total cash rebate payout is capped at a maximum of RM5,000 per month and based on the earliest successful Auto BILLPAY enrolment on a first come first serve basis. Fulfilment of Cash Rebate 12. Cash rebate will be credited into the Cardmember account within 6-8 weeks from the first (1 st ) successful billing of the Auto BILLPAY from the Participating Billers. First successful billing is defined as the first bill amount transacted and charged to the credit card account within 60 days from successful enrolment. Any billed transaction charged after 60 days from the enrolment month will not be eligible for the cash rebate. 13. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Bank reserves the right to use any method or medium deems fit, at its sole and absolute discretion, for the purpose of notification to the Cardmembers. Disqualification 14. In the event where Eligible Cardmember cancel their credit card account and/or they fail to fulfill the requirement as stipulated in Clause 5 & 6 above, the Eligible Cardmember is automatically disqualified from the Campaign and the Campaign Rewards will be forfeited. 15. Eligible Cardmember whose card accounts have not been activated, suspended, cancelled, and terminated for whatsoever reasons during the Campaign Period / during the fulfillment of the Campaign Rewards will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign. 16. The Bank shall have the right and absolute discretion to disqualify any Eligible Cardmember that it finds or determines to be tampering with the entry process and/or the operation of the Campaign, to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Terms and Conditions herein including to forfeit the Campaign Rewards.

3 General Terms and Conditions 17. By participating in this Campaign, Cardmembers are agreeable to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the decision of the Bank and any other terms and conditions imposed by the Bank from time to time with 21 days prior notice. 18. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Cardmembers to participate in the Campaign at any time due to any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure. 20. The Bank reserves the right to change, vary or substitute the cash rebate or the gift to other gifts of similar retail value with prior notice. 21. The prizes will be given on an as is basis. The Bank holds no guarantee or warranties in matters concerning the quality of the gifts given or their suitability for any purpose. 22. The Bank will not be held liable directly or indirectly for any loss, claim, damage whether in contract, tort or otherwise to any property, injury to any person or persons, expenses or cost in connection with his or her participation of the Campaign or as a result of the usage of the Campaign Rewards. 23. The Campaign Rewards are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other kind of products and not transferable to any parties. 24. The selection of the Cardmembers for the gift and all other matters relating to this Campaign is final and binding and no further correspondences shall be entertained. 25. The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign with 21 days prior notice given by announcement made at the Bank s website. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of this Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmember(s) to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 26. By participating in this Campaign, the Cardmembers hereby agree that the Bank reserves the right to disclose the Cardmembers particulars to the Participating Billers for purposes of running this Campaign and to display or publish their personal information such as their names and pictures in any media (including but not limited to the Bank s website), marketing or advertising materials and grant the Bank the absolute right to modify, use and/or publish the image of the Eligible Cardmembers for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation. 27. The Bank shall have the right and absolute discretion to vary, amend, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions specifically set out herein, in whole or in any part from time to time including to vary the Campaign s tenure as it deems necessary and appropriate

4 with 21 days prior notice via the Bank s official website or notices at the Bank s branches. 28. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein it is agreed that the Bank shall not be held liable for any costs, expenses or damages that may be incurred or suffered as a result of the Bank being unable to comply strictly with the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure. The term force majeure shall mean any event or cause outside the control of the Bank, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing: i. a revolution, civil commotion, riots, wars, terrorism, hostilities, sabotage, armed conflict, embargoes; ii. iii. explosions, accidents, acts of God, natural catastrophes including but not limited to earthquake, floods, storms, landslides, fire; strike, lockouts, labour disputes or other industrial disturbances (affecting the performance of this Terms and Conditions) which cause or can reasonably be expected to cause the Bank to fail to comply with its obligations; iv. failure, explosions, breakage or accident to machinery, installations, transformers, electrical cables, lines, power generation plants, power stations, national electricity grid, high tension electricity cables or the like thereof; and v. the binding orders of or any interference of any government or governmental authority which has been resisted in good faith by all reasonable means, the denial, suspension or revocation of an applicable export and/or import permits. 29. Eligible Cardmembers are allowed to choose to enter the contract either in English or Bahasa Malaysia version. The contract entered in the language will be the contract exhibited in the court of law. 30. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Cardmember and/or any parties related herein agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 31. All Terms and Conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia and any legal disputes shall be commenced and heard exclusively in courts in Malaysia. 32. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other provisions and/or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign. 33. The Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions is available at the Bank s website at ambank.com.my. Customers are required to log on to the website for the latest Campaign Terms & Conditions.

5 Terma dan Syarat Kempen Rebet Tunai RM30 Auto BILLPAY Tempoh dan Kelayakan Kempen 1. Kempen Rebet Tunai RM30 untuk Pendaftaran Auto BILLPAY ( Kempen ) akan bermula dari 1 September 2015 hingga 31 Ogos 2016 ( Tempoh Kempen ), termasuk kedua-dua tarikh tersebut. 2. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua Ahli Kad AmBank, AmBank Islamic dan MBF Cards ( Bank ) (iaitu Kad World MasterCard, Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Platinum, Emas, Klasik, Kad-M dan CARz). Ahli Kad Utama dan juga Ahli Kad Tambahan layak untuk menyertai Kempen ini. 3. Kakitangan AmBank Group layak menyertai untuk rebet tunai akan tetapi mereka tidak layak untuk menerima Hadiah Percuma tersebut. 4. Individu berikut tidak layak untuk menyertai Kempen ini: i. Ahli Kad yang membatalkan perkhidmatan Auto BILLPAY sedia ada dan mendaftar semula semasa Tempoh Kempen. ii. Ahli Kad yang mempunyai akaun kad yang tidak berbayar, digantung, dibatalkan atau ditamatkan atas apa jua sebab semasa Tempoh Kempen. Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta 5. Ahli Kad Layak boleh membayar bil daripada Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta berikut menerusi perkhidmatan Auto BILLPAY : i. Tenaga Nasional Berhad (terhad kepada jumlah bil maksimum RM5,000 untuk setiap akaun) ii. Telekom Malaysia Berhad (tidak sah untuk perkhidmatan UNIFI) iii. Astro iv. Celcom v. Allianz Insurance* vi. MCIS* vii. Zurich Insurance* (*Tidak sah bagi Ahli Kad AmBank Islamic) Nota: Perkhidmatan Auto BILLPAY tidak sah untuk Sabah Electric dan SESCO Mekanisma Kempen 6. Untuk menyertai Kempen ini, Ahli Kad yang Layak perlu mendaftar pembayaran bil BARU melalui Bank dengan mana-mana Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta yang tertera di atas dengan melengkapkan Borang Pendaftaran Auto BILLPAY yang boleh didapati di cawangan dan laman web dan mengirim melalui pos atau faks atau menghantar butiran akaun bil melalui SMS seperti yang dinyatakan pada risalah dan laman web. Pendaftaran yang dibuat terus dengan Pengeluar Bil yang Turut Serta tidak akan diambil kira untuk Kempen ini. 7. Pendaftaran yang ditetapkan dalam fasal di atas hanya dianggap berjaya selepas menerima pengesahan daripada Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta bahawa akaun bil adalah sah. Untuk tujuan Kempen, pendaftaran mesti disempurnakan sebelum tamat Tempoh Kempen.

6 8. Selepas pengesahan akaun bil berjaya disahkan daripada Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta yang berkenaan, bayaran bulanan jumlah bil akan dicaj secara automatik kepada akaun kad kredit Ahli Kad secara berkala. 9. Jika anda mempunyai pendaftaran Auto BILLPAY sedia ada dengan Bank anda yang lain untuk Telekom Malaysia, Zurich Insurance atau Astro, pendaftaran anda untuk khidmat Auto BILLPAY dengan Bank akan mengganti pendaftaran anda yang sedia ada secara automatik dan anda tidak perlu memaklumkan atau menamatkan khidmat tersebut dengan Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta. Untuk Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta yang lain, anda perlu menamatkan pendaftaran terdahulu sebelum mendaftar untuk khidmat Auto BILLPAY untuk mengelakkan bil berganda atau bil lewat. 10. Ahli Kad Layak mesti mengekalkan perkhidmatan Auto BILLPAY untuk tempoh minima 12 bulan selepas pendaftaran bil berjaya disahkan. Sekiranya perkhidmatan Auto BILLPAY dibatalkan dalam tempoh 12 bulan dari tarikh pendaftaran berjaya, rebat tunai yang diterima oleh Ahli Kad akan didebitkan dari akaun kad Ganjaran Kempen 11. Ahli Kad dibenarkan untuk mendaftar lebih daripada satu (1) akaun bil daripada setiap Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta. Ahli Kad akan menerima rebat tunai sekali sebanyak RM30 untuk setiap pendaftaran bil yang berjaya diluluskan sehingga had maksimum sebanyak 20 bilangan bil dengan syarat jumlah keseluruhan bil-bil tersebut untuk setiap Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta memenuhi jumlah minimum RM80 dalam bil pertama. Ganjaran rebat tunai adalah terhad kepada RM5,000 sebulan dan diberi berdasarkan tarikh pendaftaran Auto BILLPAY yang berjaya. Pemberian Rebat 12. Rebat tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Ahli Kad dalam masa 6-8 minggu selepas bil pertama Auto BILLPAY berjaya dicajkan oleh Pengeluar Bil Yang Turut Serta. Kejayaan bil pertama ditakrifkan sebagai jumlah bil pertama yang diuruskan dan dicajkan kepada akaun kad kredit dalam tempoh 60 hari dari pendaftaran bil berjaya. Sebarang bil yang dicaj selepas 60 hari dari bulan pendaftaran yang berjaya tidak layak untuk menerima rebat tunai. 13. Walau apa pun yang dinyatakan sebelum ini, pihak Bank berhak untuk menggunakan sebarang kaedah atau cara yang dianggap wajar atas budi bicara mutlak sepenuhnya untuk tujuan makluman kepada Ahli Kad. Penyingkiran 14. Sekiranya Ahli Kad Layak membatalkan kad kredit dan/atau mereka gagal memenuhi syarat seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Fasal 5 dan 6 di atas, penyertaan Ahli Kad Layak dalam Kempen akan dibatalkan secara automatik dan Ganjaran Kempen akan ditarik balik. 15. Ahli Kad yang Layak yang akaun kadnya belum diaktifkan, digantung, dibatalkan, dan ditamatkan atas apa jua sebab semasa Tempoh Kempen atau semasa pemberian Ganjaran Kempen tidak layak untuk menyertai Kempen ini.

Pihak Bank mempunyai hak dan budi bicara mutlak untuk membatalkan penyertaan manamana Ahli Kad yang Layak jika pihaknya mendapati dan menentukan berlaku penggodaman dalam proses penyertaan dan/atau operasi Kempen, bertindak melanggar atau mungkin melanggar Terma dan Syarat di dalam ini termasuk menarik balik Ganjaran Kempen. Terma dan Syarat Am 17. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Ahli Kad bersetuju dengan Terma dan Syarat Kempen dan memperakui bahawa mereka telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan keputusan pihak Bank dan apa-apa terma dan syarat yang dikenakan oleh pihak Bank dari masa ke semasa dengan memberikan notis 21 hari terlebih dahulu. 18. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau menanggung liabiliti terhadap sebarang kegagalan oleh mana-mana Ahli Kad untuk menyertai Kempen pada bila-bila masa disebabkan sebarang kesilapan, gangguan dan/atau kegagalan rangkaian, komunikasi atau sistem. 19. Pihak Bank berhak untuk menukar, meminda atau menggantikan rebat tunai atau hadiah dengan hadiah lain dengan nilai runcit sama dengan memberikan notis 21 hari terlebih dahulu. 20. Hadiah akan diberikan atas dasar sedia ada. Pihak Bank tidak memberikan sebarang jaminan atau waranti dalam hal berkaitan kualiti hadiah yang diberikan atau kesesuaiannya untuk sebarang tujuan. 21. Pihak Bank tidak akan menanggung liabiliti secara langsung atau tidak langsung terhadap sebarang kerugian, tuntutan, kerosakan sama ada dalam kontrak, tort atau selainnya kepada sebarang harta benda, kecederaan kepada mana-mana orang, perbelanjaan atau kos berhubung dengan penyertaannya dalam Kempen atau disebabkan penggunaan Ganjaran Kempen. 22. Ganjaran Kempen tidak boleh ditukar dengan tunai, kredit atau sebarang bentuk produk dan tidak boleh dipindahkan kepada mana-mana pihak. 23. Pemilihan Ahli Kad untuk hadiah dan semua perkara lain berkaitan Kempen ini adalah muktamad dan mengikat dan tiada surat-menyurat lain akan dilayan. 24. Pihak Bank berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Kempen ini dengan memberikan notis 21 hari terlebih dahulu menerusi pengumuman yang dibuat di laman web Bank. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan Kempen ini oleh Bank tidak akan melayakkan Ahli Kad untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan atau menerima pampasan daripada Bank bagi sebarang dan semua kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Ahli Kad Layak yang disebabkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung oleh pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan. 25. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Ahli Kad dengan ini bersetuju bahawa pihak Bank berhak untuk mendedahkan maklumat Ahli Kad kepada Pengeluar Bil turut serta untuk tujuan mengendalikan Kempen dan untuk memaparkan atau menerbitkan maklumat peribadi seperti nama dan gambar mereka dalam mana-mana media (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada laman web Bank), bahan pemasaran dan pengiklanan dan memberikan pihak Bank hak mutlak untuk mengubah suai, menggunakan dan/atau menerbitkan imej Ahli Kad layak untuk sebarang tujuan promosi, pemasaran, komersial atau tujuan lain yang berkaitan, tanpa sebarang bayaran atau pampasan.

Pihak Bank berhak atas budi bicara mutlaknya untuk mengubah, meminda, mengugurkan atau menambah mana-mana Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan secara khusus di dalam ini, sepenuhnya atau sebahagiannya dari masa ke masa, termasuk meminda tempoh Kempen sekiranya perlu dan wajar dengan memberikan notis terdahulu di laman web rasmi Bank atau notis di cawangan Bank. 27. Walau apa pun peruntukan yang menyatakan sebaliknya di dalam ini, adalah dipersetujui bahawa pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kos, perbelanjaan atau kerosakan yang mungkin ditanggung atau dialami disebabkan oleh pihak Bank tidak dapat mematuhi sepenuhnya Terma dan Syarat Kempen disebabkan berlakunya kejadian force majeure. Istilah force majeure bermakna mana-mana kejadian atau sebab di luar kawalan Bank, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada kejadian umum berikut: i. revolusi, kekacauan awam, rusuhan, peperangan, keganasan, permusuhan, sabotaj, persengketaan bersenjata; embargo; ii. iii. iv. letupan, kemalangan, bencana alam, malapetaka termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada gempa bumi, banjir, tanah runtuh, kebakaran; mogok, sekatan masuk kerja, pertikaian buruh atau gangguan perindustrian lain (menjejaskan pelaksanaan Terma dan Syarat ini) yang menyebabkan atau mungkin menyebabkan pihak Bank gagal untuk menunaikan kewajipan; kegagalan, letupan, keretakan atau kemalangan mesin, pemasangan, transformer, kabel elektrik, talian, loji jana kuasa, stesen kuasa, grid elektrik kebangsaan, kabel elektrik ketegangan tinggi atau sebagainya; dan v. Arahan atau campur mana-mana kerajaan atau pihak berkuasa kerajaan yang mengikat, yang telah ditentang dengan niat baik dengan semua cara sewajarnya, penolakan, penggantungan atau pembatalan permit eksport dan/atau import yang berkenaan. 28. Ahli Kad layak diberikan pilihan untuk mengikat kontrak sama ada dalam versi Bahasa Inggeris atau Bahasa Malaysia. Kontrak yang ditandatangani dalam bahasa tersebut ialah kontrak yang diguna pakai di dalam mahkamah perundangan. 29. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Ahli Kad yang Layak dan/atau mana-mana pihak berkaitan di dalam ini bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat ini. 30. Semua Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam ini ditadbir dan ditafsir menurut undangundang Malaysia dan sebarang pertikaian perundangan hendaklah dimulakan dan didengar secara eksklusif mahkamah di Malaysia. 31. Terma dan Syarat ini akan diguna pakai mengatasi sebarang peruntukan dan/atau pernyataan lain yang terkandung di dalam mana-mana bahan promosi lain di dalam Kempen ini. 32. Versi Bahasa Inggeris untuk Terma dan Syarat ini boleh didapati di laman web Bank di ambank.com.my. Pelanggan perlu melayari laman web tersebut untuk Terma dan Syarat Kempen yang terkini.
