From the city Centre (District 1 or District 3) to the Convention area by Taxi you should allow approximately 45 minutes transportation time in the morning and evening. In the evening traffic may be very congested so longer time may be needed back to the city Centre.

As a special addition seat area is arranged for all overseas guests behind the sealed VIP seating area Look for the section called Overseas Guests inside the Convention Hall. You will also receive a prepaid mobile SIM Card upon registration that you can use during your time in Vietnam including 3G Coverage so you can stay in touch with your team members or family at home. If you are qualified to sit in the VIP Section (Minimum Gold Qualification or b:hip Corporate) please proceed to the front of the room where you will need to show your Registration Credentials to enter the area.

3 We recommend you to bring your own Drinking water as purchasing Water from the venue is quite expensive (Restaurant pricing). VIP Section will be provided drinking water during the event. Money: Official Currency in Vietnam is Vietnamese Dong (VND) and is the standard currency to pay for anything you buy. Once you arrive to Vietnam, please make sure you exchange into Vietnamese Dong (VND). We would recommend you exchange maximum USD 100 or your equivalent currency at the Airport as the exchange rate is lower than in the City Centre. You can later ask at your hotel where the nearest currency exchange booth is nearby your hotel. Approximately Currency Exchange Rate: USD VND = (1 USD = 22,500 VND) / EUR VND (1 EUR = 25,000 VND) Transport from the Airport: Taxis are everywhere in the Airport, however, make sure to hire only VinaSun Taxi or Mai Linh Taxi. All other taxi operators are smaller independent contractors and their taxi fare vary greatly. Both VinaSun and Mai Linh Taxi have their own staff at the outside arrival area. You should contact one of their staff (their uniform will show the taxi name) who will then guide you to their taxis. 4 Party Starts: 8.30pm. Party Finishes: 12.00pm (Midnight). All b:hip qualified guests will receive an entrance armband on arrival. Dress Code: Smart Party. Men should wear closed shoes and Long Trousers. NB: No Dinner is served during the LifeStyle Party you should arrange your own dinner before you arrive. b:hip Black Tie Dinner Monday 14 November Arriving to Hanoi at your own time. Flight time from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi is approximately 2 hours. Please take note that you need to use the Domestic Airport in Ho Chi Minh City Airport, Tan Son Nhat. They are next to each other and you can walk from the International to Domestic in less than 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) you need transportation to Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel. Taxis in Hanoi that we recommend you are: Mai Linh Taxi or Thanh Nga Taxi. From the Airport to the hotel transportation time is approximately 1 hour.
