Hazel has 2 spacious bedrooms; double master bedroom with ensuite and twin room with a separate family bathroom. HAZEL The large open plan living area has plentiful space for dining and relaxing with beautiful furnishings and memorable style to make this a lodge to visit again and again. With a generous 2.4 metre wide veranda and panoramic view of the marina, Hazel Lodge has everything required for a 5 star self catering holiday within a tranquil conservation park. There are two private parking spaces adjacent to each lodge. Each lodge has a distinct character. They vary in the number of guests that can be accommodated and whether pet friendly or adults only. This fully equipped lodge is furnished to the highest standard and offers luxury accommodation for guests in two spacious ensuite bedrooms. (One double room, one twin). Rowan Lodge occupies a prime raised location overlooking the Marina s tranquil waters. The spacious furnished veranda gives you the opportunity to observe the abundant wildlife, whilst the sun sets over the boats. The perfect venue for families or couples. 3 Foxglove Lodge is a beautiful 3 bedroom lodge that offers space, luxury and style as well as being dog friendly. This spacious lodge is furnished with beautiful solid oak furniture and many fantastic iconic features to add value to your self catering holiday experience. Acacia lodge is situated on the Meadow overlooking the marina waters with a full sized double veranda facing South and West to ensure both day and evening sun. The lodge has 3 bedrooms with three single beds, a double bedroom with large shower and en-suite facilities and plus a baby travel cot. FOXGLOVE Foxglove comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. There is a luxury ensuite to the master bedroom. Dogs are welcome for a supplement. 3 Bed. Sleeps 6 ACACIA The lodge is approached by a tarmac footpath with a slight incline thereby removing the need for any steps to access the Lodge or veranda. Acacia Lodge is wheelchair accessible with toilet aids and shower seat and meets National Accessible Scheme M2 with wheelchair provided Pets are welcome for a supplement. 3 Bed, Sleeps 5 Wheelchair Friendly Premier Lodge Cherry Lodge has been finished and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Cherry Lodge has been individually and stylishly designed with spacious open plan living / dining area, with large patio doors leading to a spacious veranda with under eave lighting, perfect for al fresco dining. At the rear is a more private area overlooking woodland. This New England Lodge has it all; open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, beautiful furnishings throughout with themes chosen by a qualified interior designer. The lodge comfortably sleeps 4 adults with a double bedroom leading to a spa style ensuite bathroom and a twin room also with ensuite. Both bedrooms benefit from spacious walk in wardrobes. CHERRY The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and ensuite facilities. The additional double bedroom and twin bedded room has access to a separate family bathroom. 4 Acer lodge is situated on the Meadow overlooking the marina waters with a full sized double veranda facing South and West to ensure both day and evening sun. The interior is furnished with oak and leather furniture and shas 3 bedrooms with four single beds and a double bedroom that has access to its own large shower and en-suite facilities. ACER The lodge is approached by a tarmac footpath with a slight incline thereby removing the need for any steps to access the Lodge. There is a TV in each room and Ipod clock radio for your use. The lounge/ dining/kitchen includes all the usual appliances with the added benefit of a separate washing machine and dryer. ELSAN RECYCLING Dogs are welcome for a supplement. 3 Bed. Sleeps 6 Laurel Lodge is a family friendly luxury 3 bed lodge. Laurel Lodge has a spacious open plan lounge with large central patio doors giving a view over the marina. LAUREL The lodge is equipped with high quality soft furnishings and utilises memory foam mattresses throughout to ensure a dreamy and tranquil night s sleep. The lodge has level access to the rear door and veranda. 3 Bed. There is a lovely atmosphere here, as well as the beautiful environment also brought about by all the staff we have encountered who are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.
