Rotatig clamp jaws facilitate the measuremet at physically awkward positios, vertical bus bars, coductors placed at positios difficult to access. Clamp jaws ca be opeed or closed with the trigger placed at bottom side away from the jaws. This allows the user to place his/her had at safer distace from live coductor.
