Overlook Garden and MCI Landscaped Operations Responsible for the maintenance of the Overlook Garden and Mountain Creek Inn grounds to include plant installations, plant care, irrigation, mowing, weed eating, pruning, edging, fertilization, chemical applications, some signage and related issues. This includes related bookkeeping, ensuring that all related work is performed safely, in a quality and timely fashion and with minimal guest disturbance. Horticulture degree or experience equivalent; valid driver's license; able to lift 50 lbs. and do physical labor; ability to acquire within 90 days a Georgia commercial pesticide license; experience helpful. Communications Position is responsible for managing and scheduling the day-to-day communications for the Division. The purpose of this position is to write, update, edit, create, traffic and disseminate all internal and external marketing material. Responsible for database. Requires a BA Degree in Mass Communications, or Business, and 2-4 years writing or editing experience. Theme park, ad agency or resort experience a plus. Sales Sales Human Resources Human Resources Conference Service Employee Relations Three to five years catering and/or conference service management experience in a hotel resort setting preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage in order to negotiate food, beverage and meeting room rental. Conducts site inspections to existing and potential clients. Communicates timely and professionally with meeting planners to obtain accurate details to exceed the conference objectives. Responsible for the execution of the event. Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and Knowledge of computers - Word, and Excel helpful. Valid drivers license required. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department in Areas of recruitment, on boarding, new hire orientation, performance evaluations, and exit interviews. In addition, the Employee Relation ensures compliance with all state and federal discrimination and employment regulations. Requires a Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in Human Resources, PHR or SHRM certification preferred. Experience in hotel or related field helpful. Must have a valid driver's license. Accounting Accounting Customer Service / Billing Clerk Excellent customer service, telephone, and computer skills needed. Provides service to guests with account discrepancies; Responsible for updating and maintain monthly accounts to include billing and resolving disputes. Resort Suite experience preferred; Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills required; Accounting experience; Hospitality experience preferred. Accounting Senior Accountant This position will maintain corporate financial books including records and processes culminating in monthly and annual financial statements. Assist with annual audit by CPA Firm. Manage analytical review of accounts and variance analysis. Maintain records and status of all capital projects. Create and revise financial statement reporting and maintain distribution list for financial reports. Manage inventory control processes and procedures. Assist with annual budgeting process. Reconcile various general ledger accounts and bank accounts. Education Requirements: Minimum 4 year degree in business or finance majoring in accounting; 5 plus years corporate accounting experience. Qualifications: Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills required; Hospitality experience a plus; Microsoft Dynamics Solomon experience a plus; Organizational skills and Attention to detail required; Urgency to meet deadlines; Confident individual who possesses ability to deal with a wide spectrum of people from VP of Finance, President, CPA's and all levels of Callaway team members. Accounting Central Cashier Responsible for all cash and cash handling on property including cash deposits from all outlets and banks issued to employees. Insures timely and accurate deposits of all monies. Responsibilities also include overseeing adherence to cash handling policies and procedures. Must be available to work weekend and holidays as required.

2 Accounting Director of Finance/Resort This position will manage a Finance team, including monthly financial statement preparation and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, cash disbursements and cash management. Create SOPs and establish appropriate controls to manage business and financial risks. Ensure a strong accounting and operation control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability. Oversee annual audit work with CPA Firm. Ensure tax rates used for sales/use tax are current. Reconcile various general ledger accounts and bank accounts. Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree with a major in accounting, finance or business administration. MBA and/or CPA preferred. Qualifications to include Microsoft Office experience with strong Excel skills required; 10 plus years accounting experience; Hospitality experience required; Microsoft Dynamics Solomon experience a plus; Must be analytical, proactive and a team player; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and effectively manage multiple priorities. Culinary Inn Kitchen Food Truck Supervisor Culinary experience required. Responsible for preparing high quality food; Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of food items for the production area. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
