Direct staff to provide safe Charter Boat Operation and to provide excellent customer service regarding food & beverage operations. Bartending as needed Boat Crew \ Bartenders: Hours: evening hours per week depending on availability May-October; Available all Weekends Months needed May, June, July & August & September Pay: $10-17 depending on experience (plus some tips) Qualifications: Prior serving and hospitality experience, Able to lift 25lbs and pull 50lbs Great customer service, flexibility, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Wine, liquor and beer knowledge, Bartending experience a plus, and self-motivated Provide safe Charter Boat Operation and to provide excellent customer service regarding food & beverage operations. 2 BayView Event Center Public Events Associate Schedule May September hours per week Schedule may vary, but standard Wednesday-Sunday *weekends required Pay: $10-15 depending on experience Qualifications: Enrolled in or completed related degree and/or experience in accounting and/or customer service Book public cruise customers via online system, phone and in-person sales. Finalize public cruise passenger lists and communicate to appropriate staff. Customize food allergy orders when necessary. Process payments. Count and balance cash bags each day. Deposit Cash. Maintain public cruise income spreadsheet. Receive standard catering orders and input to BayView s system. Answer office phone calls and direct appropriately. Some assistance to Event Sales Associate, Controller, Event Coordinator and Sales Managers when needed. resume to lauren@bayviewevent.com Accounting Associate Schedule May September hours per week, with potential for additional hours Schedule may vary, but standard Saturday-Tuesday Pay: $10-17 depending on experience Qualifications: Enrolled in or completed related degree and/or experience in accounting Perform cash management, event contract completion, and accounts receivable functions to assure earned revenue converts to cash promptly. perform all accounts payable functions in a timely manner to assure all bills are paid and coded properly. 3 Building/Boat Services Staff Hours: Hours per week (Days) Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 am to 4:30 pm plus occasional Sundays Months needed: June through October Pay: $ based on previous experience Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver s license. Must be able to lift fifty pounds and be confident using ladders and power tools. Any experience with Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, painting, or building maintenance is a plus. Job responsibilities: Will be responsible for some light cleaning, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance, some event set-up (that which requires a ladder), Painting, Misc. repairs, and some team projects with other building services staff. resume to Chad@bayviewevent.com Grounds care staff Hours: Hours per week. (Mornings) The schedule for this position is fairly flexible. Months needed: June through September. Pay: $12.00 / hour Qualifications: Must have a valid driver s license, must be able to lift fifty pounds, must be able to work outdoors, and must be able to operate power lawn care equipment. Job responsibilities-- This position will require individuals to work as a team to greet guests, seat them at tables and establish a flow for the restaurant to run efficiently. Pay--$8 an hour plus cash tips. Qualifications-- Ability to tie knots and secure lines for guests arriving by boat. Must also be comfortable working on a dock and with boats up to 40 feet long.

6 Job responsibilities-- You will be responsible to greeting customers who arrive by boat to our dock side parking. Qualifications At least two years of previous security work is preferred.
