The food specialist must have the ability to offer our passengers a wide variety of full-course meals that are freshly prepared in our kitchen. Job Title: Food Production Manager Job Number: 583 Hours/Days: 10am 7pm Monday to Friday Salary: $35k per year Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be 21 years of age. Culinary school degree or advanced education in food service management is preferred. Must have some cooking experience as a chef/cook in a hotel, large restaurant or institutional kitchen. Able to lift 50lbs, First Aid CPR certification and food handlers card.
