This position is responsible for cleaning common areas throughout the Club and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the exterior areas of the Club. The position requires a current, valid driver s license; standing for periods of up to four hours; walking up and down stairs while carrying cleaning equipment; bending, pushing, and pulling to clean and dust; climbing a ladder at least four feet high; and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs. Competitive candidates should have residential or commercial cleaning experience. This position is responsible for picking up, sorting, washing, drying, and folding towels from the Club s swimming pool area and the Fitness Center, and delivering towels to these outlets. This position requires standing for periods of up to 4 hours, lifting up to 70 pounds of linen, and bending to load and unload laundry machines. Some weekend work is required.
