3 O/O THE AIRPORT IN-CHARGE AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA CIVIL AERODROME, KANDLA Page 3/10 NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION Sealed Quotations are invited by Airport In-Charge, Kandla Airport on behalf of the Chairman, Airports Authority of India from authorized dealers, reputed Firms of CISCO for Supply, Installation and Testing of CISCO 1905 Router and CISCO SRW 2024/9K Switch: The last date for receipt of quotations shall be 27th April 2015 up to 1500 hrs. and shall be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs. In the O/o The Airport In- Charge, Airports Authority of India, Civil Aerodrome, Kandla. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 42,242/- (Rupees Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty Two Only). 4 Page-4/10 Airports Authority of India NIQ Terms & Conditions Airport In-Charge, Airports Authority of India, Civil Aerodrome, Kandla, on behalf of Chairman, Airports Authority of India, invites sealed quotations in the prescribed form for supply of following items at Civil Aerodrome, Kandla from authorised dealers /reputed firms dealing in similar items- 1. Name of Work: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of CISCO 1905 Router and CISCO SRW 2024/K9 Series Switch. 2. Location: Above-mentioned CISCO 1905 Router and CISCO SRW 2024/K9 Series Switch are to be provided at Civil Aerodrome, Kandla Details of documents required to be attached with the application is available on our Web-site 4. The Quotations shall be opened on 27th April 2015 at 1530 hours in the Presence of interested parties or their authorized representatives. AAI will not be responsible for delay in submission of Quotations sent by courier, speed post / Registered post. 5. The terms and conditions of the contracts as contained in the Quotation Document issued by Airports Authority of India shall be carefully read and understood and also that quotation is liable to be rejected by AAI on account of furnishing any wrong or inadequate information. 6. Work will be awarded to the party quoting the lowest total price for the work. 7. The supplied new CISCO 1905 Router and CISCO SRW 2024/K9 Series switch shall have manufacturing guarantee and availability of maintenance support at Kandla after the warranty period, may be clearly indicated. 5 Page-5 / AAI reserves the right to vary the quantity of CISCO 1905 Router and CISCO SRW 2024/K9 Series switch at the time of placement of supply order & company has to supply the item on the same quoted rate. 09. AAI does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation and reserved to itself the right of accepting the whole or any part of the quotation and the Bidder shall be bound to provide the service at the rate(s) quoted. 10. RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT THE QUOTATIONS: a) The right to accept the quotation in full or in part/parts will rest with AAI. However, AAI does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation and reserves to it-self the authority to reject any or all the quotations received without assigning any reason whatsoever. b) Quotations not accompanied with prescribed information or are incomplete in any respect, and/or not meeting prescribed conditions, shall be considered non-responsive and are liable to be rejected. c) AAI also reserves the right at its sole discretion not to award any order under the quotation called. AAI shall not pay any costs incurred in the Preparation and submission of any quotation. d) If the bidder gives wrong information in his Quotation, AAI reserves the right to reject such quotation at any stage or to cancel the contract, if awarded. e) Any correspondence after the opening of the technical bid, from the bidder, Regarding the bid unless specifically sought by AAI shall not be considered. 6 Page Payment will be released after receipt of Warranty card and duly stamped Receipt / invoice from the supplier and successful commissioning of the CISCO 1905 Router and CISCO 200 SRW 2024/K9 Series switch at relevant sites. Payment may be made through E- Payment, so the relevant information as per Annexure-2 may be submitted. 12. Period of completion shall be 15 days, which shall be reckoned from the 3 rd day of issue of the work order. If you fail to supply the materials with in the stipulated period and no justifiable reasons are found for the delay you shall liable to pay the compensation for delay at the rate of 1% of the total value of work order per week of delay subject to a maximum of 10% of the value. The amount of compensation for delay or waiver of compensation for delay in case of justified reasons shall be decided at the discretion of the Airport In-Charge Kandla and same shall be final binding on you. 7 Page 7/10 General Information / Guidelines 1. Quotation document is a non-transferable document. 2. Bidder(s) must use quotation document issued to him/them Downloaded from AAI website. 3. Quotation must be submitted in two parts, each in separate envelopes marked A & B and both the envelopes should be superscripted as QUOTATION FOR SITC OF CISCO 1905 Router and CISCO 2024 switch and should be addressed to the Airport Director, Airports Authority of India, Civil Aerodrome, Kandla and address of the firm/company/dealer submitting the quotation should also be indicated on both the envelopes. Both the envelopes should be tied / stapled together. 4. Envelope A shall be opened first and shall contain the following documents: a) Duly signed unconditional acceptance of AAI quotation terms & conditions (pages 4 through 8). b) Dealership certificate of related CISCO Router and CISCO Switch dealing. c) Registration certificate of the firm. d) Experience certificate/work completion certificate of above mentioned amount. e) Photo copy of PAN Card. f) Dealing company s brochures or Technical specification literature. g) Any other document / relevant information which Bidder(s) may consider appropriate to the activity of the quotation, if any. 5. Quotations submitted without any of the documents stated at Para 4 above will be rejected by the authority. 6. Envelope - B shall be opened on same day after scrutiny of basic documents of Envelope - A and shall contain Schedule Form ANNEXURE-I (Page-9) of quotation indicating therein bid to be quoted by the bidder. The amount of offer should be clearly written both in figures and words. No overwriting / correction/ insertions should preferably be done. In any case, such over- writings / corrections/ insertions should be signed by the Bidder(s) or his/her authorized signatories. However, Decision regarding opening of envelope B of any quotation shall solely lie with AAI and it shall be final. 7. Quotations will remain valid for three months from the date of opening. 8. I/We hereby accept the terms & conditions of AAI s quotation documents for the work. 2. The contents of clauses 1 to 8 (page 7/10) of general guidelines of quotation - document have been noted when it is clarified that after unconditionally accepting the quotation conditions in its entirety, it is not permissible to put any remarks/ conditions (except unconditional rebate on quoted rates if any) in the quotation enclosed in Envelop B and the same have been followed in the present case.
