11 BOOKING PROCEDURES Telephone Events Department on call in person to the Hotel to make a booking. A provisional booking will be held f 10 days then a 20 per person deposit is required to confirm the booking. If no deposit is received then the booking will be released without notification. All deposits and final balances are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE without exception. Final numbers, full payment and menu selections (where applicable) must be received 4 weeks pri to your booking. Once your menu selection has been chosen no changes alterations can be made. The Management reserves the right to make alterations without pri notice. A smart standard of dress is required no jeans, trainers tracksuits.
