2 1. Luggage tags It is recommended to attach luggage tags to all your personal belongings that you will be checking in at the airport and/or bringing to the hotel. 2. Confirmation and E-ticket: On September 14th: you will receive a confirmation with the travel details you provided during your registration, please read through it to ensure it is correct so we can arrange your transfer from the airport to the hotel accordingly. September 24th: the registration system will be closed, for any changes after that date please contact Covidien@barranco.org 3. Hotel Transfers Arrival Between Antalya International / Domestic Airport and Rixos Sungate Hotel: At the arrival hall, after having collected your luggage, ground handlers wearing an orange Covidien T-Shirt and carrying a Covidien sign will be waiting for you outside the building. Should you experience difficulty locating a ground handler, please contact: Muna at or Damla at The hotel is approximately 45 minutes away from Antalya s International and Domestic Airport. Departure Between Rixos Sungate Hotel and Antalya International / Domestic Airport: A transfer has been arranged from the hotel to the airport. The transfer will leave the hotel from the main entrance two or three hours prior to your flight departure time depending on your destination. For International flights it will be three hours, and for Domestic flights two hours before departure. Please confirm your departure details at the Covidien Desk at the reception of the Vega Convention Center before October 2nd.

4 6. Dress Code Climate: In October the average temperature ranges from 25 C to 35 C during the day. Kindly be advised to bring along a light jacket for the evenings. 7. Meals For Sunday, September 30th Open buffet dinner: casual For Monday, October 1st Plenary session: business casual Dinner: smart casual, bring comfortable shoes For Tuesday, October 2nd During the whole day, you are advised to be in business casual. The on-stage show will take place inside, and dinner will be at the sea side. For Wednesday, October 3rd During the country breakout sessions, you are advised to be in smart casual (no shorts). For the afternoon sports activities, we recommend you to bring your sportswear (e.g., running shoes, swimsuits, shorts, T-shirts, sunglasses, sun cream, tennis racket, etc). We will offer a variety of activities for you to choose from. For the Gala Dinner, evening formal attire is advised. Gentlemen to be in suits and ties, and ladies to be in formal, dinner wear. All organized meals catered at the conference are complimentary. Utmost care has been taken to meet any special dietary requirements made known to us through your registration. 8. Shopping Shops in the hotel are open daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Outside of the hotel in a walking distance, you can also find some shops that are open till midnight. 9.
