2 PRIVATE SUITES P I T G A R A G E S U I T E S CHICANE SUITES Located in great vantage points around the track, with each private suite catering for all motorsport enthusiasts. Each suite features a TV screen showing continuous race action and your guests are kept up to date with one event program per person. Theme your suite to reflect your company s image and work with our catering team, who will provide you and your guests with an innovative culinary experience and outstanding service. The chefs have tailored menus with your budget in mind and feature local, fresh and tasty produce. We are sure your guests will enjoy the experience! PIT GARAGE SUITES Located in prime position above the Pit Garages, you and your guests will have a private balcony and fantastic views of Pit Lane and Pit Straight. Pit Garage Suites are the ultimate location to catch the Sydney 500 race action. Level 1 features enclosed air-conditioned suites with balconies, while level 2 are open air suites. CHICANE SUITES The Chicane Villas are in prime position to give guests a first-rate view of arguably the most action packed section of the Sydney 500 circuit. EXCLUSIVE ACCESS Exclusive access to your own Private Suite. Entry to the circuit including all general viewing and merchandise areas. Access to the V8 Supercars Paddock; allowing close inspection of the teams, drivers and V8 Supercars as they prepare for the day s on track action. 9 TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. On V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd ( V8SCA ) s receipt of completed booking form and a 10% deposit, bookings will be confirmed (subject in all instances to V8SCA discretion). 2. On V8SCA s receipt of full payment, tickets will be issued (subject in all instances to ticket availability and V8SCA discretion). 3. For Engine Room and Syndicated Club (including Paddock Club) bookings, full payment for events is required no later than sixty (60) days prior to an Event. V8SCA may cancel booking and forfeit deposit if payment is not received in time. 4. Cancellation Policy For Engine Room and Syndicated Club (including Paddock Club) bookings, cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to sixty (60) days prior to an event. 5. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows For Engine Room and Syndicated Club (including Paddock Club) bookings: 61 days or more prior to the event, loss of 10% deposit; within days of the event, loss of 50% of the booking total; and within 30 days prior to the event, loss of 100% of the booking total. 6. For Private Suite bookings, full payment for events is required no later than ninety (90) days prior to an Event. V8SCA may cancel booking and forfeit deposit if payment is not received in time. 7. Cancellation Policy For Private Suite bookings, cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to sixty (90) days prior to an event. 8. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows For Private Suite bookings: 91 days or more prior to the event, loss of 10% deposit; and within 90 days prior to the event, loss of 100% of the booking total. 9. If paying by direct bank transfer you must quote your invoice number or Contracting Party name in the bank transfer reference failure to do so may result in credit not being received for payment. 10. Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes or onsold by or to a third party without prior written permission of V8SCA. 11. Tickets cannot be used by more than one person per day. 12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, V8SCA and its related bodies corporate (and their officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses or injury (including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with patrons attendance at the Event. 13. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to V8SCA at all times. V8SCA reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any guest not behaving in an acceptable manner, and a smart casual dress code applies (no thongs or singlets). 14. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Engine Room or Syndicated Club (including Paddock Club). For Private Suite bookings, children are permitted as the discretion of the Client. Children under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times and must hold a valid corporate ticket. 15. By purchasing a ticket to the Event you understand and agree that V8SCA may use and disclose the personal information provided by you in relation to purchasing your ticket for the purpose of running the Event and for any other purposes set out in V8 Supercars Australia s Privacy Policy which is available at au/about/privacy-policy Indemnity V8 Supercars will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property brought into the private suite by a guest. Guests should make sure that they keep all valuable items in their possession at all times, which includes such things as V8 Supercars gifts and merchandise, wallets, cameras and mobile phones. V8 Supercars will not accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage to any of these items. Distribution of Ticketing Tickets will be forwarded via express post 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Tickets will not be sent until full payment has been received. Accreditation The Engine Room guests will receive one individual hard card and lanyard per day. These hard cards provide access to the circuit, V8 Supercars Paddock area and The Engine Room. On entry to The Engine Room guests will be issued with a wristband entitling them to lunch, afternoon snack and water, tea & coffee.
