4 VEUVE CLICQUOT RICH LOUNGE TERMS & CONDITIONS Share Suite Bookings 1. On V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd ( V8SCA ) s receipt of a completed booking form and 10% deposit, bookings will be confirmed (subject in all instances to V8SCA discretion). 2. On V8SCA s receipt of full payment, tickets will be issued 2-3 weeks prior to the Event (subject in all instances to ticket availability and V8SCA discretion). 3. Full payment is required no later than sixty (60) days prior to the Event. V8SCA may cancel bookings and deposit will be forfeited if payment is not received in time. 4. Cancellation Policy - cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to sixty (60) days prior to the Event. 5. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows - 61 days or more prior to the Event, loss of 10% deposit; within days of the Event, loss of 50% of the booking total; and within 30 days prior to the Event, loss of 100% of the booking total. 9. If paying by direct bank transfer you must quote your invoice number or Contracting Party name in the bank transfer reference - failure to do so may result in credit not being received for payment. 10. Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes or onsold by or to a third party without prior written permission of V8SCA. 14. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted. 15. By purchasing a ticket to the Event you understand and agree that V8SCA may use and disclose the personal information provided by you in relation to purchasing your ticket for the purpose of running the event and for any other purposes set out in V8 Supercars Australia s Privacy Policy which is available at - v8supercars.com.au/more/about-v8-supercars/privacy-policy Indemnity V8 Supercars will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property brought into any corporate area by a guest. Guests should make sure that they keep all valuable items in their possession at all times, including V8 Supercars gifts and merchandise, wallets, cameras and mobile phones. V8 Supercars will not accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage, to any items. Distribution of Ticketing Tickets will be forwarded via express post 2-3 weeks prior to the Event. Tickets will not be sent until full payment has been received. Accreditation Guests will receive one individual hard card per day as well as lanyards. These hard cards provide access to the circuit, V8 Supercars paddock area and the specific Lounge listed on the hard card. On entry to the Lounge guests will be issued with a wristband entitling them to the included catering package. 11. Tickets cannot be used by more than one person per day. 12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, V8SCA and its related bodies corporate (and their officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses or injury (including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with attendance at the event. 13. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to V8SCA at all times. V8SCA reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any guest not behaving in an acceptable manner, and a smart casual dress code applies (no thongs or singlets).
