This institution is an equal opportunity provider, and employer. From the Director s Desk Another year has come and gone, can you believe it? As we ring in 2015, and say farewell to 2014 many of us will sing the song Auld Lang Syne. I wonder how many of us know what we are singing. It is a Scottish song, made famous by Robert Burns in the 1700 s. Loosely translated auld lang syne means times gone by. The song is basically about the endurance of friendship, cherishing the past and looking to the future. January represents new beginnings and is full of promise for the New Year. BLOOD DRIVE The Red Cross is coming to the Senior Center January 20, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All presenting donors will receive a $5 Gift Card from Dunkin Donuts.
