3 Display Booths are 10 x 10 Truck/Trailer Spaces are 10 x 25 Exhibitor Registration Form 2016 PSAI Convention and Trade Show The exhibit space is available on a first come first served basis, and the most current convention floor plan is found on the PSAI website at psai.org/convention-trade-show. Display booths are 10 x10 and truck/trailer spaces are 10 x25. The first display booth purchased will included two registrations. Special event fees are not included. A display booth must be purchased in order to reserve a truck/trailer space. The PSAI must give consideration to 10 x10 booth space located in proximity to truck/trailer spaces. 6 PRE-CONVENTION PUBLICATION ADS Reach your customers with ads in the PSAI s 2016 Convention and Trade Show material. Business card ads in the preconvention mailer reach everyone on our mailing list. The On Site Directory is provided to all attendees, and it contains the show schedule, floor map, and exhibitor listing as well as other important information critical to enjoying the show. Attendees turn to it regularly throughout the event, so make sure they see your ad! Space reservation form(s), ad space fee(s) and artwork MUST be received at the PSAI office no later than: December 7, 2015 for the Pre-Convention Mailer Business Card Ad January 25, 2016 for the On Site Directory The Pre-Convention Mailer will print in late December 2015 and arrive in early January The On Site Publication will be available at the Convention and Trade Show. Business Card Ad Size: 3.5 x 2! On Site Publication Ad Size: 7.5 x 10 Ads will be placed on a dedicated page as shown above. There will be a half-inch margin around the ad as shown above. Resolution: 300 dpi or higher Format: High resolution PDF files ONLY. Include a link to your home page or specific landing page on your site.
