21 WHY RUSSIA? GERVASI Group is already approved Tippers Supplier in Russia for: Volvo Trucks Renault Trucks Iveco/Fiat Industrial MAN Truck and Bus In order to satisfy better the increasing demand coming from the market, we decided to expand our production operations with a new site in Russia. The Russian market is the biggest market in Europe in the field of Industrial Vehicle with an increasing market request To be closer to others growing markets as Kazakhistan and Belarus To decrese the logistic costs and even the custom fee in order to be: 1) more close to the final customers 2) more competitive in the market price 3) more efficency in the after-sales service

22 WHY KALUGA? In recent years Kaluga has become one of the centers of the Russian automotive industry, with a number of foreign companies opening assembly plants in the area. In the industrial vehicle field the Volvo Group broke ground on a new truck assembly plant in The plant has an yearly capacity of Volvo and Renault Truck. The city administration follows the foreign companies in order to help and incentive their business and create collaborative synergies. Gervasi Group has been signed a partnership agreement with the City of kaluga in June 2013

23 PRODUCTS In the first phase (6-9months) of our production we are going to produce the REAR TIPPER SEMIROCK TYPE from 14 to 20 m³ for several customer as Volvo Group, Renault, Iveco, MAN and Scania. 1 st phase 2 nd phase In the second phase we will introduce in the market other products as Rear tipper Semitrailer which its demand is growing in the last year.
