All vehicles are equipped with satellite tracking system and non-limit mobile connection with the crew of the vehicle. These platforms were designed specially for the safest transportation of heavy and superheavy cargoes. All over the world the InterCombi platforms from Scheuerle are used to fulfill the most challenngig and complicated transportation tasks. Couple of turn tables The use of turn tables gives us an opportunity to transport cargoes without the limitation of length if they do not break down under their own weight and can be transported on two support points.

11 Projects Manipulations of a rotor (97 tons) and a stator (128 tons) with the hydraulic cargo-lifting system Hydraulic-lift system Technical equipment We can offer the works on loading, unloading, installation on the base, dismantling, tilting of heavy cargoes weighting 30 to 360 tons by means of HLS (hydraulic lifting system). Hydraulic cargo-lifting system The hydraulic lifting system (HLS) consisting of several hydraulic machines and mechanisms and auxiliaries designed for lifting and moving heavy cargoes in weight up to 360 tons. The basic characteristics of hydraulic lifting system: - lifting (vertical moving) of heavy cargoes; - horizontal moving of heavy cargoes; - tilting of cargoes from a horizontal position to a vertical one and vice versa; - collapsible compact design; - easily transported from one place to another together with the payload; - quickly mounted and easily adapted to local working conditions; - HLS it is compatible for work to various types of transport. The central link of hydraulic lift system consists of four single-standard hydraulic multisection lifts, mounted on two-axle carts, with a 90 tons maximum load-carrying capacity each. The basis of the construction of HLS is the idea of a block-module configuration of various elements of the system. Depending on weight of the cargo HLS can be adjusted and arranged for 5 various lift capacities: 60 tons tons tons -270 tons tons. The maximum height of lifting of cargo and its moving at this height depends on weight of cargo. Thus, a cargo in weight of 180 tons can be lifted on the height of 6,5 meters, and a cargo in weight of 360 tons - on the height of 3 meters. The hydraulic lifting system is an excellent solution for lifting problems of the cargo owners, consignors and carriers!
